The three cave villa is set in the picturesque area of Oia, Santorini. We used this for our two families. The inside of each cave is large and each contains shower and toilet. The outside area finds the kitchen and a long wooden table that seats comfortably 8 people in rustic surroundings. There are air conditioning units in each of the caves and tv‘s. The private pool area is also large with panoramic views. There is a sister hotel about 8-10 minutes away where you can purchase drinks and food at the bar. There is also a convenience store located 5 minutes away with fresh bread daily and various necessities at a reasonable price. The area itself is not designed for people with walking difficulties as there are steps everywhere. We were there in Easter and warmer clothes are needed for the chilly evenings. Santorini is a beautiful island.

The villa is located 20 minutes away from Oia town and the view is pretty. The staffs were also very helpful. If you book a transfer with them, they will handle your luggages to the villa, which is more convenient as there are a lot of stairs in that area.

The only thing is that the villa is a bit dark at night and there were quite a lot of ants and insects at the outside area. But the rooms are fairly cleaned.

Really beautifully designed, pictures very accurate. Very comfortable to live in, had everything we need. Finikia is a beautiful village, even closer to Oia than we were told, but much more peaceful. Cristal and the staff looked after us brilliantly and were on hand if we ever needed anything.

Genuinely loved everything.

Really loved the whole place, I was lucky enough to book after they'd had a cancellation, the main room is huge, great amenities, the pool is very private and really lovely to hang out in the whole roof area. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. Must mention a special thank you to Stavros, who really helped me get booked and settled in on Saturday evening.

Nothing everything was really great.

The spaciousness of the unique and well appointed decor was what we wanted to experience.

It was a bit of a trek with luggage into the village location, but it’s a trade-off for the vernacular and authentic village cave setting. However, help with luggage was provided by Sophia Finikia.

The property was beautiful and so unique. It is also in a really lovely area away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were really lovely too and very helpful when needed.

The property could do with some more lighting outside as at night it is difficult to utilise the space as it gets so dark. The outside garden aware around the pool could also do a with a tidy up and the Hammock needs to be re-hung or removed from the pictures.

Villa is authentic and provides an artistic experience.The water in the pool was cold.Parking is far from the villa but the staff was very kind and tried to make up for all the problems.We are satisfied and the comments are well-intentioned, we will be back.

The 3 caves villa is beautiful, spacious and clean. The location is perfect. I would definitely stay in finikia again. Much less crowded and expensive and more privacy than oia but only a short walk away. There's a little mini market nearby for water and coffees and snacks etc. And 3 restaurants all of which were fabulous. The pool was great and had a beautiful view of the sea. We felt very at home and didn't want to leave. The bathrooms were really nice, and with toiletries, towels, robes etc provided. The cleaning lady was nice and did a wonderful job. The hotel organised us a taxi one day and also a cake for a birthday. Would definitely recommend!

Maybe another light outside and in the main bedroom? Communication with staff on the phone was sometimes a little abrupt? But sometimes perfectly polite. Also, take a taxi to 'finikia parking area' not to the Sophia boutique hotel.

The 3 room villa was good, spacious rooms and very courteous and friendly staff.

The 2 room villa was small and no doors between rooms, hence it's effectively one room. Also, the pool in 3 bhk villas is open and gets dirty very fast with insects and leaves. Finally, while.the location is great, it would be preferable to stay on the other side of the hill as it gives view of the oia hotels and houses

Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.
