The hotel is very clean and comfortable. At first I thought the location outside of Oia wouldn’t be great but actually it’s perfect! It’s nice and quiet yet a short beautiful walk into the town. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool and the private heated jacuzzi were amazing. You will have a private sunset view with your own jacuzzi instead of the crowded one at the castle of Oia. The hotel is calm and its far from the crowded streets. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The breakfast will come to your room every morning on a time you desire, with a various food options you will be choosing when checking-in.

The location was a little bit far from Oia, a solid 20 mins walk. There is a bus station in front of the hotel but it will only take you to Oia, so if you wanna go back its up to how strong your legs are. I don't recommend taking the hotel recommendations about the boat tours, they wasted my time and the transfer didn't come, so i had to go myself by the bus to Fira to get into a boat tour and actually it was cheaper (50%).

Absolutely loved our stay here - we had a very long 8 night stay and it was the perfect location to both go discovering and to rest. The facilities, the staff, the location all A+. We stayed in an apartment for 3 people with a very large balcony and outdoor spa and had our room cleaned each day and breakfast brought to us…will remember this holiday forever! The bed base of one of our beds was extremely squeaky with every movement but thankfully we could use the bed base from under the sofa bed to put the mattress on during our stay

Loved that our room opened onto the pool and bar. Amazing sunset views from our apartment too. Staff were really friendly and down to earth and we were a 20 minute walk away from Oia and local bus routes. Breakfast is brought to your room which means you do not have to get dressed to go a dining area and there is plenty of choice. Very easy to contact reception too as they have a hotel whatsapp number for messaging them. Would definitely stay again

You only get 2 complimentary coffee pods and then have to pay €3 for another 2. Never stayed anywhere where you do not get these facilities as a minimum. Also only a mirror in the bathroom and a tiny table mirror on a makeshift table used as a dressing table. There was ample wall space for a dressing table mirror and even a full length mirror. Although breakfast is really good I didnt realise that you have the same every morning. We did whatsapp reception to make some alterations on day 2 which they happily accepted but it should be pointed out that the breakfast choices are the same every morning so choose carefully!

I planned our babymoon as a surprise for my partner, and Aperanto Suites was the perfect choice! We stayed for 4 nights and felt it was excellent value for money. Since I mentioned it was a special occasion, the team went above and beyond to give us one of the best rooms with an incredible sea view. The service was exceptional. Communication was easy and smooth—they even allowed us to choose our breakfast each day from a menu and simply send our selection via WhatsApp to the reception. The breakfasts were delicious and tailored to our preferences. What truly stood out was the care they showed my partner, who is six months pregnant. The staff made sure she was comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. She absolutely loved the cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful atmosphere of the suite. I strongly recommend Aperanto Suites if you're looking for a memorable, relaxing, and thoughtful stay—especially for a special occasion like a babymoon.

From the moment we were warmly greeted by Eva the receptionist we felt at home in this lovely apartment complex. Situated off the main road to the delightful clifftop town of Oia you feel as if you are close enough to all the action of the town but distant enough to enjoy this quiet oasis. Everything about the place is classy – the staff, the help with luggage up and down the steps, the pool with magnificent views out to sea and no hassle over sunbeds as there were always free ones, the pool bar and the friendly bartender Kostas, the breakfast service to your front door or terrace and the well-appointed rooms – we had a quirky but spacious ‘cave’, with a magnificent rainfall shower, consistently good wifi and an easy to use safety deposit box. It took us about 15 minutes’ gentle walk into Oia but they will always order a taxi for you, as well as offer you advice on local excursions - we were recommended a sunset catamaran cruise which was superb. If you fancy eating close to the apartments, which we did several times, rather than going into Oia there are two very good restaurants within 5 minutes’ walk towards Oia – Finikia and Santorini Mou. All of the staff, not just Eva and Kostas, but the porters and cleaning staff too, were incredibly friendly and attentive. I have no hesitation in recommending Aperanto Suites to savour the best that Oia has to offer whilst enjoying a welcome chill-out time away from the crowds.

We are in our early 70s and had no problem with the relatively steep steps to reception and then to the main road but check out the right apartment for you if you have mobility issues.

The hotel is very very nice. Either relaxing at the pool, or on the porch of the room looking at the landscape in peace and quiet is amazing. The staff is super helpful and proactive with anything you might need. Other plus points: they have a parking, breakfast is brought at the room at the hour you order in advance, the rooms are clean and well taken care of, reception open 24h. We could do early checkin when we arrived early in the morning. Compared to other properties on the island that I had checked previously, I believe it is good value for the money.

Not much to mention here, just one point to consider on the Santorini trip and the location itself: you need a car to get to basically anywhere (beach, good restaurants, Oia, Fira etc).

Location a little quiet and not many restaurants to choose within walking distance. Loved the pool area, my room was great room 112.right outside pool area.

The awful loud music that was played at the pool all day, every day! Maybe switch it off every hour or so for an hour then turn on again if people REALLY want to listen to it (doubtful) . It was dreadful

Aperanto Suite was a beautiful hotel located just outside of the main town Oia. We were with a group of 4 and had a little plunge pool and a beautiful view. The room was spacious, cool and modern. The pool was beautiful to cool down in after a big day. The breakfast was amazing!! So muck to choose from and they bring it to your room - amazing service.

Everything was amazing - the local bus is a little hard to navigate but honestly it’s a downhill walk into the main town so it’s very manageable for anyone.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay outside of Oia. The room was beautiful - huge - and the bed was super comfortable. The view was spectacular - it's of the Agean side, not the caldera side, but still so pretty. And there's a great view of the sunset as well. I also really appreciated that were were outside of Oia - it made our stay feel very quiet and private, not the craziness that you see in Oia. However, it's only a 15 minute walk to Oia so you can go into town as much as you'd like. The restaurant next door is also better than anything else we ate on Santorini.

While there is a pool bar with food during the day the options are rather limited.
