We are in love with Viva Nove Suites! It's ideally situated because it's not on the beach, which we actually liked because that way you're a bit out of the more busy restaurant area. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, so everything is nearby. The boutique hotel is brand new and has great architecture and soft pastel colors. The rooms are super clean. We loved the bed (super comfy memory foam) and the room's layout, which is very smartly done. Waking up to a view of the mountain on your terrace is heaven. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but offers a delicious breakfast with many options. It is served on a large terrace. We stayed seven nights and would have loved to stay longer. The hotel crew is just lovely and makes your stay unforgettable. Maria, Donnie, and Fabio: We miss you already!

Absolutely nothing.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff, cool vibe, nice pool, very modern and stylish, and lots of places to eat just some minutes walk away. The beach is also just some minutes away. Our daily highlight was the amazing breakfast prepared by Adelina, who surprised us every day with something new and delicious. We had indicated at the time of booking that we are vegan and before arrival we were contacted by the hotel and asked about our wishes. Everyone at that place was just very friendly. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. From the minute we checked in to the sad time we had to check out, we felt special. The rooms are equipped to the highest standard. Waterfall shower, portable Marshall speaker, mini fridge, coffee machine with free replaced pods, toiletries, super kingsize bed, pool towels provided; were all lovely extra touches. The staff go above and beyond and were truly a huge part in making our holiday so incredible. Maria at reception is so helpful, with a wicked sense of humour! Fabio was a lovely smiley face each morning at breakfast service and also made the best tropical mojito! Eva our cleaner went above and beyond, our room was always immaculate. The suites are a 5 min walk to the front with a great mini market halfway. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty - you must try the greek yoghurt with fruit, nuts and honey. We loved everything, absolutely no complaints

The accommodation was in a great position ,very clean and new .The breakfast was amazing and all the staff were impressive -very friendly .

The only criticism was the rooms outside space was very close to other rooms

The room was clean and comfortable. The terrace with the swimming pool is great, but 1 umbrella is not enough, it was impossible to sit on it in the afternoon due to the high temperature. The hotel is close to the airport, there was an average flight every 30 minutes - it didn't bother me personally, but it may bother others, especially at night. There is a mini bar in the room. Paid water. Breakfast is very poor and has little choice, drinks are good - coffee or juice, but compared to other hotels you can get better ones at a similar price. Plus some additional fees upon departure of 7 euros added at check-out. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, she stored our luggage. We won't come back, there are many other better hotels at this price.

Very modern hotel. The staff are so friendly and very helpful can’t wait to go back. The hot tub on our balcony was luxurious and very private. Only a short walk to the beech and restaurants.

Nothing not to like.

Everything. The property itself is so serene. The pool, the sun beds….heaven. The rooms are gorgeous, so clean and comfortable. Maria goes above and beyond for the guests. (Even greeting me to check in at 6am after a very long flight delay). The breakfast every morning was so delicious. The location is perfect, it’s close to everything. I didn’t want to leave.

The only thing I could say would be the water pressure in the shower but that’s not a big deal at all.

This hotel is lovely, spacious and clean and very comfortable, bathrooms are clean, spacious and clean with everything provided, towels, robes, slippers, shower gel etc. The pool on the balcony was fantastic, watching the sunset while we chilled on the balcony was COOL. Staff were lovely Cali Mera to you all. WE had a great stay here. Everything was close by restaurants, shops and beach all within walking distance. Maria was brilliant, very helpful and a joy to deal with....

Great location, a short walk from the beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady in reception, Maria at breakfast and the housekeeping staff. Most accommodating also when they allowed us to check in early when we changed rooms for the last night. Breakfast was served to the table, lovely fresh orange juice. We felt very welcome and looked after. Thank you!

Smoking! The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, however, ashtrays are available and made use of on breakfast tables as well as outside on room terraces.

Brand new boutique hotel! Great work architecture wise, very nice design and well thought of arrangement in rooms. Very welcoming small team of staff. Always happy to help. The room was very modern with full size mirror and well equipped mini bar and even a marshall speaker!Breakfast was upon on order ,very fast and with nice local options especially the pastry/bread basket. The room overlooked into the main hotel pool with super comfortable wide double sun-beds. The hotel is amazing value for money if you want to stay in Kamari area and explore that side of the island. It’s in a cute neighbourhood and walking distance to the nearby beach of Kamari.

This property will only get better as its newly open!
