Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast. Our room had a fridge, kettle, balcony. The location was perfect - heaps of restaurants at the square 4 minutes walk away. The uptown Ktel bus stop which included a kiosk where you could buy tickets was around the corner. Tourist information next to the Ktel kiosk. And there was a LIFT! 10 minutes walk to the archaeological site. 15 minute bus ride to Mystras from Ktel kiosk.

Everything. Absolutely everything. Staff - friendly, welcoming, genuine, and do Greece and Greeks proud, all from the front desk to the waitering and cleaning staff. The room is excellent. All modern and in perfect working order. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, new towels, plenty of soaps and shampoo and shower gel. No mould in the bathroom. Excellent size TV, balcony with table and chairs. I would recommend opting for the breakfast - quality. I managed to add some yogurt to the orange cake, something I'd like to refer to as the 'Lakonia Treat'. The golden question I always ask myself after any stay is if I would return to it again. I did not manage to complete all I needed to do in Sparti on this trip and I hope to return in the near future, and I hope that hotel Lakonia is available as it will be first on my choice list. Forgot to mention that the WiFi was excellent and it never failed me once in the duration of my stay.

It was a great overall stay, the stuff are wonderful and really helpful, the place was spotless, there was coffee, tea and a kettle, a nice desk and the internet was fast. Although there are only two outlets, there was a (EU) power strip with three outlets on the desk, to charge all our stuff.

Owner? We love him. Unfortunately did not catch his name but he literally stopped traffic for us to help us find parking. It immediately felt like we made a friend in Sparta, when we ran into him in town the next day he offered to take us to his favorite coffee spot. The room was adorable and very clean, everything worked great and the WiFi was awesome! The owner (?) told us he had installed a whole new WiFi set up to improve the quality and it works wonderfully! An absolute gem and a steal for the price, location couldn’t be better!

Elevator could be a little tight maybe if you have tons of stuff, although he offered to take our stuff up for us anyway so really a non issue. Plus the elevator was really cool and unique, I’m reaching for a negative here our time was top tier :)

It's a very functional hotel. Everything worked. Good location in the centre. Nice staff. Easy parking nearby. Town has a friendly feel.

Room was not very small. I have had smaller rooms in Paris. But it was the smallest room of all our 7 Greek Hotels (although the bathroom was big) so if you need a big room maybe not for you.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of Sparti, making for an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful. Nikos was wonderful and went above and beyond, not only in making sure we were comfortable at the hotel but in making sure we found anything we needed in Sparti. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to everything. The staff was very kind. The room was simple but had what we needed. Notably, the bathroom and especially the shower were modern. Breakfast was good. Overall it was good value for money.

The room was a bit oldish and plain and the door was not very well insulated so that you could hear people getting out of their rooms. Luckily people were respectful and we slept well. The bathroom was very small and its ventilation was extremely loud.

The staff were so kind and helpful and they kept the hotel really clean and tidy. The breakfast was tasty and much appreciated.

One morning the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the crowd.
