Everything was exceptional! The whole ambiance, the grounds, the architecture of the buildings, the gardens, the two pools, the food was magnificent- both breakfast and dinner prepared with the best quality local ingredients and incredible variety of dishes- a spectacularly clean place, with lots of stuff members who were ready to serve with utmost respect, friendliness and politeness made me feel very comfortable everywhere I was.

There was Nothing I could say I didn’t like.

Very responsive staff, from the porter, to the front desk person, the waiters, the cart drivers and the cleaners. Excellent dinner options, both a la carte and buffet, the result of the imagination and skills of a first class cook. Plentiful and varied breakfast. Our dinners would have not been the same without the maitre, Christos, whose long years of experience at the 5 star level is a true an asset for the establishment. We highly recommend the hotel and cannot wait to return when the new suites are completed.

First of all, Triantafilli in reception was absolutely lovely and so welcoming and helpful to us upon arrival. She also helped us before the trip with dinner reservations and assigning us a beautiful room with a view of the Mystras archaeological site. Purely magical! The architecture and grounds of the hotel are stunning. Our room was beautiful with elegant furnishings and a large shiny bathroom with a huge shower. (Best bathroom in Greece!) The breakfast was the best we had in our two week stay in Greece. It consisted of a huge buffet with absolutely everything you could imagine from homemade spinach pie, eggs, cakes, breads...absolutely everything including rice pudding, homemade pies, and other treats my Yiayia used to make. Fresh squeezed orange juice and good, piping hot coffee rounded it out. There were views to the castle ruins from the breakfast room, too. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. Lovely pools, manicured grounds, stunning rose gardens, too. Don't hesitate to book here.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Best hotel ever!

The room was great for my family of four. We had two little boys, and everyone had tons of space. The room was easy to get to, and everything was clean and ready. We used the pool almost every day and had our local family over for a reasonable price. The staff were the nicest people I've met. They always smiled and were super helpful, even though I don't speak Greek. The breakfast was awesome. So many choices, and everything was fresh. We'll definitely stay there whenever we're in town.

That dusty parking lot made a mess of my car, inside and out. I didn't care since it was a rental, but it was the only thing I didn't like.

This was our second stay. The location is stunning. Mystras is a fantastic archaeological.site.and the two nearby villages have cute tavernas, but the food in the Hotel is incredible. Breakfast is an event in itself. Rooms are very comfortable.and the Molton Brown toiletries are.such a luxurious touch. We loved the pool.area too.

On both stays we found the Greek Americans, around the pool, to be very loud, inconsiderate.and totally lacking in the self-awareness that might help them to realise that the world does not not need or want to know intimate details about their personal lives. If only we had a volume control.for them or some medicine to cure their verbal diarrhea.

Exceptional Stay at Mystras Grand Resort! Everything was spotless—bathroom, sheets, towels—all impeccably clean. The facilities were outstanding, from the spa and pool to the sauna and tennis courts. The clay courts were brand new and in perfect condition. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making the experience even better. The entire resort, including the gardens, was beautifully maintained, and the fish tanks and aquariums were simply mesmerizing! Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious—I was truly impressed! A solid 10/10, and I will definitely return!

Everyone was lovely! The staff was ultra-professional and courteous. They were very attentive, and you could tell that their smile and warm demeanor were genuine. I also used the spa facilities - amazing! I got a facial and a massage, and the staff was so thoughtful that I did not have to move to another room for the second treatment. They wanted to ensure that I was as relaxed as possible and brought the facial to me after the massage.

I cannot say that there was something I did not like, but I did not enjoy dinner as much as I had expected. We found the food a little too salty for our tastes, and there were dollops of feta cream sauce on quite a few of the dishes. On the other hand, we found a new favorite rosé wine that the server recommended. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service, of course, was exceptional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay and felt completely at ease. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even with our two young children. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally varied and delicious. We also highly recommend the on-site restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the spa area due to the kids, but the entire resort is spacious, well-maintained, and the rooms are equipped with everything you need

This property is by far the best we have stayed in Greece in all regards. Professional staff who greet you upon arrival at the front gate and escort you to your room. The room was very clean with quality toiletries, an excellent shower and very comfortable beds. The breakfast and lobby bar food items were also of very exceptional quality, yet affordable. The mini market on site made it very easy to obtain necessities such as milk (and even diapers) as we were travelling with our 2 year old. Finally, the grounds are amazing with a pristine pool and traditional style buildings set amongst an olive grove. It is a destination in itself set at the base of the archaeological site. Despite travelling with two children, it was a very relaxing and fulfilling experience. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very good resort. Amazing territory, clean, everything is done with love. The rooms are spacious, the shower room is large and comfortable. The bed in my opinion is very good. In the room there is a kettle and a coffee machine. There is tea and coffee capsules. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The workers are friendly and always happy to help

There should be a separate room with tea and water near the sauna and hamam. There is a room, but next to the worker you feel not very comfortable.
