Exceptional Stay at Mystras Grand Resort! Everything was spotless—bathroom, sheets, towels—all impeccably clean. The facilities were outstanding, from the spa and pool to the sauna and tennis courts. The clay courts were brand new and in perfect condition. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making the experience even better. The entire resort, including the gardens, was beautifully maintained, and the fish tanks and aquariums were simply mesmerizing! Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious—I was truly impressed! A solid 10/10, and I will definitely return!

This property is by far the best we have stayed in Greece in all regards. Professional staff who greet you upon arrival at the front gate and escort you to your room. The room was very clean with quality toiletries, an excellent shower and very comfortable beds. The breakfast and lobby bar food items were also of very exceptional quality, yet affordable. The mini market on site made it very easy to obtain necessities such as milk (and even diapers) as we were travelling with our 2 year old. Finally, the grounds are amazing with a pristine pool and traditional style buildings set amongst an olive grove. It is a destination in itself set at the base of the archaeological site. Despite travelling with two children, it was a very relaxing and fulfilling experience. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Truth be told, it was the one place I was least excited to be going to and the place I loved the most. The property is sitting in the middle of a lush mature olive grove with a magnificent view. The gardens are pristine and the love and attention put into this property is astounding. The cherry on the top is the play ground for the lovely birds. To see and hear these birds frolicking and chirping is like music to the ears. They dive into the aged old olive trees and make it their homes within all the holes and crevices. Staff was thoughtful and kind and food wonderful. This place is worth the drive to see it. If you want peace and quiet and beauty with an amazing mountain view......BOOK! I was in love with this place.

The location in the mountains, close to Sparti and the Byzantine ruins of Mystras, was stunning , as were the grounds of the hotel, the pool etc. Service was amazing and the restaurant served some fantastic, innovative food. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

People from outside came into the hotel, one of the days we were there, and really dominated the pool area (loud, demanding, self-centred Greek Americans in a huge group). I would just say that get the sun loungers early, as you don't know who you will be spending the day with.

The hotel is very well located near Mystras and is attractively designed with a lovely pool area, impressive landscaping and an amazing breakfast buffet with lots of regional, as well as North American, choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was great, the rooms and the beds were comfortable and the weather was ideal. The tennis courts looked excellent as well. They arranged bike for us to use while we were there, and we enjoyed cycling to the nearby towns. Lovely relaxing hotel. Really a wonderful place to stay.

I would have like to have a bit more privacy on the terrace of our room - but that is just a matter of my taste.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, over-the-top breakfast buffet. situated at the base of Historic Mystras. Unfortunately, we had rain so no chance to use pools.

I would avoid room 312. We were at the absolute end of the property with a side garden view parallel to the road and within earshot of off-property barking dogs. They did offer to move us, but we had already unpacked so we stayed. All the other rooms also had chairs and a small table overlooking the interior of the property, but this room did not. Given the beauty of the property, that was disappointing. A small quibble - no batteries in the makeup mirror. I reported to front desk, but nothing was repaired during our two night visit.

The hotel was better than we had expected. The location is just by Mystras and very close to Sparta. The hotel personnel were absolutely fantastic, making us feel welcome (kudos to the hiring and training team :) ) The facilities were clean and in great condition. Fantastic breakfast and also a very nice restaurant covered all our needs. We also used the spa facilities for massage, which were also at a peak level. The room provided all the necessary amenities and even the crib for our toddler was in mint condition.

Nothing worth mentioning or focusing on. The pillows were not to our liking, but this is subjective. Also, the shower could use some descaling,

Large resort with a wide range of services, jewellery, hairdresser, minimart (open till 00:00), spa, swimming pool, etc. Bellboy will usually approach you with a golf-car to help bring your luggage to the entrance (& later your room) as soon as you park your car in the carpark. Other staff are also very friendly as well. The breakfast variety here is surprisingly nice for its location (Mystras is inside the mountains after all).

Not exactly a serious issue, but it is located in between Mystras and Sparti, while this makes visiting both of them easy, this also means both of them needed to be reached by car if one wants to save oneself from some long walking. Though considering the size of the resort (it’s quite big!), its location is justifiable.

Fabulous hotel in rural location. Beautiful grounds and facilities. Rooms are lodges built in traditional style. Everything is very tastefully done. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. There’s a spa but we did not use it. Pool and surrounds are fabulous. Views of mountains and castle from the property are amazing.

Nothing really everything was lovely. However it would seem that there is a lot of food wasted from breakfast as way too much prepared for the number of guests staying at the time. The restaurant was not very well supported by guests who presumably went elsewhere to eat, or ate at the pool. The menu was a bit limited and main courses a bit overcooked. The portions are too large, so a lot of waste. The pool menu is also limited, as you would expect but portions also too large. If there was a change in menu for restaurant more guests might eat in hotel which would add to the atmosphere. It’s a bit strange being the only people in the restaurant. Overall though would really recommend this fabulous hotel.

Luxurious and secluded resort in the middle of olive trees farm. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, this is the best place. Staff were friendly and polite. They had a mini train inside for kids and 3 tennis courts for adults. Loved our stay. The room size was adequate. The exterior had the authentic stone architecture. The breakfast buffet was also huge with a lot of variety. Archeological site just 5 mins away.

Didn’t like the dinner at the restaurant. Ordered ravioli and risotto which were not good.
