Nothing. However if you dont like planes this place isnt for you as it is close to runway for kalamaki airport. However i love planes so this didnt bother me at all. I would 100% stay here again. If i had to pick 1 thing it would be that the shower is a little small but it isnt that bad.

Basic but clean accommodation, very close to strip and beach. Air conditioning included with booking.com. Nice pool and play park for children. Ideal for families. Restaurant / bar good for snacks and meals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Airport transfer for 15 euros.

Could do with more towels and toilet roll for bigger families. The room door could easily be opened by my toddler as there was no lock inside.

Perfect hotel In Kalamaki, staff were very friendly and nothing was an issue. The restaurant connected to the hotel was second to none, great addition for the hotel. Rooms were a good size, clean and tidy, well presented and nicely decorated. Even though the hotel sits in line with the airport, having planes come over, it was not disturbing and is a focal point.

Being so close to the airport was the only thing that lets it down abit for me but wouldn't put me off staying there again

Lovely little hotel with all you need for a break away. Friendly, clean, good amenities & good location for shops, bars, restaurants, beach, bus stop etc. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Shame it’s right by the airport/flight path, but this didn’t bother us too much as the planes didn’t fly all through the night.

Excellent facilities, everything was clean and the room was comfortable. The place is close to most tourist attractions. There is parking space available too.

The pool was closed early in the evening, even for just sitting around it. The most important drawback however is certainly the proximity to the airport which is really close! Planes flew about 50 meters over our roof and everything was shaking for a couple of seconds every time. Not suitable for light sleepers!

Everything.. been coming many years and this is the best hotel in Kalamaki..I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Know the area well, but was favourably surprised at the standard of the hotel, the pictures do not do it justice! Great pool area; close to the beach; close to the 'strip' but far enough away to not be bothered by any revellers, so all in all a great location. Good food, great staff (from the maintenance man to each and everyone in the bar.

Whilst the proximity to the airport can be deemed annoying, this did not bother us & watching the planes taking off and landing was all good.

Everything was good

Had a problem with the toilet flush breaking. It was repaired very quickly. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Delight Kitchen Bar attached truly is a delight. The food here is excellent.
