the location was good, easy access to bars, shops and restaurants. it was good to have different swimming pools and a water park access. snack bar was good. staff worked hard and were very friendly.

meal times was a bit too congested to what i am used to. some mornings there was no access to coffee and water for some mornings in the hotel. i would have liked a light duvet at night. we had a swim up room which was full most of the time but i don’t think by people staying in them and we’re being used at 11pm at night !

Teen 12, 14 & 17 Kids loved the waterpark! The food was plentiful and something for even my fussy eater. Snack bar was great

Wasps- I know they get everywhere Evening entertainment was a little lacklustre but it was Oct and end of season, and primarily aimed at younger children

The kids loved the waterpark and the all inclusive food! They couldn’t believe you could get snacks and ice creams during the day. The staff were all lovely and loved to create a fun environment. They also managed to get us into our room early which we were so grateful for.

The rooms were ok. Not very comfortable and towels were stained. Sometimes the public bathrooms were quite smelly and didn’t have toilet paper. The food was fine - what you expect from an all inclusive restaurant. We booked in for the alacarte restaurants but had to wait until quite late for the booking.

The reception surprised us, I have not seen such unfocused and relaxed reception, they did not explained us anything about the hotel, what is included, what are the times, even did not give us the stripes on hand, as we noticed later that they have to. When I asked to explain about hotel shortly, receptionist said read on internet and app, this is not very big hotel you will find everything. All he pools loungers are already covered with all with the towels till 8.30 am and then there were only half of them with the people, so you will not have the loungers for a more than half a day if you want to sleep more in the morning:) The quality of the water in the wave pool in the water park.

The resort is very beautiful. Plenty of good food and drink available. The room was cleaned every day. Was a pleasant vacation.

The bars open only at 11 AM. Untill then you can not drink anything, İ mean a juice. Water and cofee available at the main bar. The waterpark is a joke. Only a few hours open and only 1 or 2 slides operating at the same time. They say that late check out is possible if asking, but of course when İ asked for it, exactly for our room was not possible🤣

This hotel is absolutely incredible. The food was great, staff were super lovely and friendly, the waterpark is brilliant and lots of different pools to choose from as well. A huge shout-out needs to be given to the entertainment who were absolutely brilliant as well.

Whilst the staff were simply amazing and hardworking to say the least, the treatment of staff from their managers wasn't very nice to see. This was especially the case at the main restaurant. They need to be kinder to their staff and treat them with more respect.

Excellent location waterpark was fantastic and lots of activities for children . Lots of choice for Breakfast,lunch and dinner and food was always fresh and hot. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and lots of different pools to choose from depending if you wanted to join in the fun and activities or wanted quiet time by the pool. Myself and my daughter had a massage onsite and it was amazing would highly recommend.

The glasses in the bars could have been bigger would suggest bringing some re-usable pint glasses or larger glasses with you . I wasnt too impressed with the greek ala carte restaurant as the menu to too similar to the buffet restaurant .

If you have more childrens and you want to relax in Zakhyntos, then this is one of the perect place to stay. Close to airport (less than 5 min), all inclusive service, local waterpark, free shuttle to Kalamaki beach... You get anything you need to relax and no need to take care anything... Hotel is big and beautiful, but not overcrowed ( i was in june, so maybe at high season worse). Waterpark is fun, local pools are clean. The snack bars were very good. The restaurant was also good (wide range of food, maybe lack of locals), also team took extra effort to support my nut allergic daughter. Really 5 stars for them for all! All staff were extra supportive and nice they really on to feel that you are important. Maybe i have luck, but i really get appropriate service. Many programs thanks to the animators. You can find local travel agency (Zante Sun) nearby (approx 37.74184667299377, 20.894736090076105) they take you to Shipwreck/blue cave or Maratonisi/Keri/Turtle visit for fair price.

The waterpark close at 17:00 and the local pool at 19:00 which is very early (compare to hot day). The wave pool available only 3 times/day for 10 min. , not all slides available same time... So the waterpark is not the strenght point... The drink bars were in general acceptable (some of the staffs were fast, fun and professional, but especially at pool area the bartenders were slow and sometimes rude, i understand they have lot of work, but we as customer expect 100% during our holiday), but small comment, admissible. Free wifi available only in reception, 15EUR for wifi is quite expensive compare to 4G..

Very clean, good variety of food, our son has lots of allergies and main chef catered for him individually so really appreciate this. Big thank you! Very friendly staff, great animation team, water park for everyone. We had an amazing time there, family of four, and room with swim up pools worth every additional penny!

Far too long walk to the beach in 40 degrees, the bus was not working almost every second day, this is the only thing I did not like
