The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from every morning. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed – from arranging car rentals and boat trips to giving us amazing recommendations for local restaurants and shops. It’s hard to put into words how satisfied and grateful we are for this experience. We felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. Thank you for making our vacation so special! Yamas!

I knew in the first five minutes that I'll leave a 10/10 rating, but as we spent more days at Nikon, I just wished I could give more! The girls at the reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with 2 glasses of prosecco when we arrived (not to mention that they upgraded our room!), then received a gift full of Greek products when we left. They also helped us rent a quad and arranged a taxi to the airport, both of which we were very satisfied with. The cleaning ladies were also super nice and did an amazing job every day. The hotel was always clean and is well-equipped. We loved the pool and the bar next to it - there were plenty of food and drink options to choose from, just like at breakfast. Although it's located close to a busy street full of restaurants, bars and shops, the street was always clean and there was no noise at all.

They arranged a private boat tour for us (thank you, Maria!) - the rooms are very clean. Cleaning is done daily - the hotel's location is perfect: very close to the airport (5 minutes by car); very close to Laganas and a starting point to all the attractions of the island - the hotel has free parking next to the hotel - I received a free room upgrade, with a view of the hills. Also, in the room I received from the hotel a beach bag with beach towels, a bottle of wine, a traditional dessert, daily bottles of water and at check out I received a gift set with spices, olives and olive oil. It is a very nice gesture from them, and this shows how much attention they pay to their customers - varied breakfast, especially sweets, jams, yogurt - very nice pool area A special thank you for Marelee!

More than perfect – an unforgettable stay in Zakynthos! Our stay at this hotel was way beyond expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family — with champagne in hand, a warm smile, and a sense that we were about to experience something special. And we truly did. A very special thank you to Marilee, who made our holiday not just enjoyable, but unforgettable. She went above and beyond, not only ensuring our comfort inside the hotel but also organizing a private boat rental for us to explore Navagio, the Blue Caves, White Beach, Golden Beach, and more — truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Her restaurant recommendations were spot-on too; we had some of the most delicious Greek food we've ever tasted. The hotel was extremely dog-friendly, which meant the world to us. Our little Blackie (our 5-year-old Bichon Havanese) was treated like royalty, with her own bed, food and water bowls, and so much love from the staff. It's rare to find a place that welcomes pets with such genuine warmth. The room was spotless — cleaned every single day — and had thoughtful touches that made all the difference: fresh coffee, sweets, and water daily, a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, and even a stylish beach bag with towels that were replaced daily. The pool area was serene and beautifully maintained — perfect for a relaxing dip any time of day. And the breakfast? Fabulous. A generous and delicious spread that kept us looking forward to mornings. But what truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person greeted us with a smile, asked if we needed anything, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making us feel pampered and cared for. We didn't just feel like guests — we felt like cherished guests. Honestly, a 10 doesn't even begin to describe the level of hospitality and attention to detail we experienced here. It’s rare to feel this spoiled on vacation. We are already dreaming about coming back!

There is literally nothing to complain about.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Nikon! We had booked the ground floor room with private pool, we had missed our holiday the year before and I had seen on social media about the Nikon and we were not disappointed. From the moment we stepped into the Foyer of the hotel, we were greeted with exceptional customer service and care. The room was the best room I had ever stayed in, all of the staff were friendly, chatty and couldn't do enough for you. Marilee and the rest of the team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely delighted to be able to recommend this hotel to others and we will be back to stay with them again.

I have not stayed in a smaller hotel in Greece before, only a large chain in Athens, and I was blown away by the hospitality of the Nikon Hotel. Maybe this is normal in Greece. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for me, from arrival to departure. Even the housekeeping staff were up for a bit of a friendly chat! The extras they supplied were incredible, just for my one night stay. Lovely pool with great lounges, and it was nice to eat breakfast by the pool. The hotel is pretty close to Zykanthos airport, which is good for late night arrivals.

It was near the airport, so quite a way from the centre of town. It was a EU20 to get a taxi to the port.

Staying at this hotel has been an incredible experience! From the impeccable housekeeping to the delicious inclusive breakfast and thoughtful extras like prosecco for our anniversary, wine in the room, and a special gift at checkout, everything was perfectly organized. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the rooms were always spotlessly cleaned with great attention to detail. What truly sets this hotel apart is the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thanks to Marili, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to arrange tours, secure discounts, and offer recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful, answering all of our questions and providing us with lots of recommendations. Nothing felt too much trouble. Our return transfer wasn’t until the evening and we were offered showering facilities and towels - very thoughtful. As it was my birthday we were blown away when the staff gifted us with a cake and a bouquet of flowers! The hotel itself is spotless and kept clean throughout the day. The room was beautiful - we were given a room with a Mountain View which we loved. The pool area was amazing too, lots of room and never felt too busy. Great selection of breakfast food.

This is the best hotel in Zakynthos. We loved it. At the end of October the prices are really good and we got upgraded to a room with a private pool. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choices, cold and hot meals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, desserts, white and brown bread etc. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and nice. But the icing on the cake was the gift we got at checking out. A small bottle of olive oil, olive soap, a packet of raisins and a small bottle of ouzo. I do not believe. We have never ever had such a pleasant experience! We want to go back one day.
