It's a cosy, small hotel very close to a quiet but beautiful beach. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, Klelia is a good place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Generally, the atmosphere is nice.

Facilities for young children - apart from a small paddling pool, there are none. It would be great if they had some slides, or splashy things and some entertainment, especially in the evening when the pool is closed. The rooms are very basic, I'd call them 'Spartan'. Would be helpful to have some furniture with drawers but more importantly- some washing lines on the balcony to dry swimming suits. Our room was quite run down with some broken furniture which is unsafe for young children.

I went on a vacation with my father. Everything was perfect: - fixed location in Kalamaki 10 minutes from laganas, for the famous sights you have to rent a car, you can't do otherwise in Zante - very friendly staff, all questions or problems were solved quickly. - Tasty food, local drink, both at discretion. As much as they tried to be of everything and not repeat. - Large pool, chlorinated water. - room with everything you need. - parking. - Kalamaki beach right next door, 5 minutes. We will definitely return to the same All-Inclusive.

Nothing we could blame

One advice for everybody who need a honest review:please,do not take in consideration the negative reviews.I will start by saying that from de beggining I have read all the reviews and at first I was confused by such contradictory opinions,but one thing it was clear for everybody: the food is very tasty and various.Reading this for me it was enough to book the place, thinking that if everybody agreed on the good quality food,that means respect to their clients and all the rest is not neccessary so important.And I was right indeed. I cannot find anything bad to say about Klelia,we have only nice memories there.On our arival we have found a bottle of local white wine(quite good!) in our room with a nice hand writing welcome message❤️ The room was confortable for all 3 of us,the bathroom has enough space,the towals were changed everyday,AC was working properly,the food was very very tasty! Always fresh drinks,beer,etc( ananas is the best).There is a big pool with clean water,but we did not use it because the beach is just 2- 3 minutes walk.( one of the best beaches from Zakynthos,people are coming from other places for it).We even saw the little turtle Caretta one morning.The personel is very friendly at the hotel as well. 4 days/week there is evening entertainment: greek night,latino night, karaoke etc.We have danced toghther having such a nice time and we do not feel the need to go to Laganas for more. Everything you need,you just need to ask and they will help you. In a nutshell,I saw at the Klelia only happy people with happy faces-I still dont understand from where and why are the negative reviews came from😉

I was travelling with my husband and our little 10months son. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay in Klelia Beach Hotel, though we were worried to go for a vacation with this small baby. First of all, the Receptionist Depy was amazing, so professional, so friendly, she made us feel like at home! She gave a lot of useful advices and gave a lot of attention to our little boy, who loved to come over. Thank you, Depy! Second, the stuff was always so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our food, which was amazing, simply wow, the variety of food and beverages made our stay full, and our bodies heavier 😂 The Lifeguard Manolia was always there on her duties, so all parents where calm about their children and their safety! The beach is like 3min away, it was very comfortable to go there and back to the hotel. Also, the entartainment in the evenings was very nice, especially the greek night. about cleaning: cleaning ladies where very friendly and cleaned daily, so honestly saying I was very happy about the service they hve provided! Everything was amazing

The hotel was really close to the beach what is a plus point. The food was great and had a lot of choice. The staff were also nice. We got a penthouse room and it was big and beautiful.

We couldn’t go to the swimming pool after 19.00 that was a bad thing.

Excellent food, choices great! Staff lively and helpful! Room great size. Entertainment was really good. Good pool area. Would use again if in Zante!

Beds a bit hard. Would have been nice to have loungers on terrace in suite.

It is ose to the beach centre and airport. The staff especially Antzela and Xhoana were very welcoming and made it a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everyone from the receptionist to the bar personeel and the cleaners were incredibly kind. We got lucky and received an upgrade to a room with a private pool. This room was extremely comfortable and luxurious. We then moved to the room with seaview with jacuzzi which was just as good. The rooms were clean and the food was well above expectations.

Although the pool is quite big we didn’t make use of it due to the many children/families at this hotel but that might be preference. The hotel is close to the sea so the beach is a good option.

excellent location.. minutes from the beautiful beach which has a nice restaurant too. minutes walk from other restaurants and bars in case you want to eat out. everything was clean, big balcony and good views. reception staff especially Christina was fantastic!! friendly, helpful and just great!! big thank you.

we went during end of September so some evenings we could have done with the air conditioning off! but we didn’t know how to switch it off so it was cold. the breakfast and snack bar is very basic. could had been better. but dinners options were nice.

We had a swim up room which i can highly recommend! Food was good, except for breakfast always varied. Staff is extremely nice, super kind although they work very long hours. It is close to a small beach.

not sustainable at all, using a lof of plastic. the cleaning lady comes each day and changes all towels no matter if they were used - we tried telling her not to but communication was hard 😅 bathroom small, which is fine but the shower doesnt have a wall or a curtain so you need to shower carefully not to flood the whole floor.
