Pool area was lovely and always had sun beds available. Staff in the restaurant and pool side bar were always friendly and helpful. Great location for the beach.

Had to pay to loan beach towels and couldn't swap for fresh ones on our last day as we had checked out of the room 2 minutes earlier. Also, charged for using the showers in reception if you have already checked out of your room. We were flying late, so we wanted to shower before we left the hotel in the evening. Both seem like silly policies to leave customers with the feeling that they are no longer welcome after spending money with the hotel all week. You can't have a shower without paying, never been charged by a hotel for that service before which left us with a bad impression of the hotel. The rest of our stay was perfect, so it just seemed unnecessary to charge you for a shower when leaving.

This hotel is amazing. Very clean with a fantastic view of the sea. Rooms are very spacious. The hotel is located at the end of the sandy beach, very beautiful and at the same time calm and private. We were able to see giant turtles caretta-caretta during the lunch time, just in the front of the hotel. The next day we had two nests just beside on the beach. The hotel is serving delicious breakfast and has the restaurant serving great food all day long. Always great service, drinks are also great. Even located in the calm area this hotel is not far from the other restaurants and places with the music. Girls working at the reception desk are always making sure that your stay is pleasant and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

The location was perfect, it was beachfront, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The reception, cleaning and dinner staff were very nice and friendly. I advised to do the half board, we had lovely dinner for the entire week. We tried different 3 course meal every night. Overall, it was worth it and we had a lot of fun! Thank you!

The breakfast buffet needs a little improvement with the variety of food. I know they could do better because their dinner menu was great. The staff in the breakfast buffet needs to smile more and be attentive to the guest.

-really good breakfast , if you had fresh made small omelett in front of the client and fresh juice , i would rate it higher -nice small pool and in front of the beach ,which made it dreamy as you have both options in front of you...the beach wasnt the best in the area but just good -there are apparently some rooms with view to the pool and beach , they seem better that ours

-our room had view to the main road , that is also the entrance of the hotel , so you have a balkon that you will not use as its noisy and its also next to the main entrance -the living room had some dirty sofas and the feeling of old furniture although it was a junior suite or something -the cleaning service was okay but it could be better -the food in the pool bar was okay, but not great....its a shame that calamari was not fresh ....in front of the sea and deep frozen its a big contrast.....but daquiri strawberry were the best ! pizza was also good !

It was really nice to stay in this hotel during our vacation. The staff were super friendly and kind and helpful. Bar/Restaurant is TOP!!! Very high quality food and drinks! Also waiters and waitresses: super friendly! Very clean hotel! We took the spacious Queen Room with Sea View and it worth any money! Beautiful view for the sea and beach! Also big and comfortable the room! We can highly recommend to take the Queen Room with Sea View!

Tini-tiny thing about the shower in Queen Room: as it is just a cabin without shower curtain, all water came out after every shower to the floor. It was hard to keep that not wet for us too, was a bit slippery. Might be good to consider about some cover for future! But we could live with that :)

The best thing about staying at this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated directly on Crystal Beach and within walking distance (very easy to reach) of Kalamaki restaurants. But what’s more, there are no buildings on either side of the hotel, so you can enjoy the beach and swim in the sea with few people around. The beach bar/restaurant is lovely too. The only downside is lack of a changing room on the beach. Our Queen's Room had a beautiful panoramic sea view and was really spacious and comfortable. The large bathroom with a window was a nice bonus. There was also a lovely surprise from the hotel—a welcome fresh fruit plate and a bottle of red wine. If we return to Zakynthos, I will choose this hotel again.

At the check-in we got already a room upgrade. The breakfast was perfect and offered a big variety of foods. Also really nice was the opportunity to swim in the pool or the sea. After bath just jump back from the sea to your sun chair at the pool was great. Our stay was really relaxing due to the fact that it wasn't crowded at all. The wonderful day trip to Kefalonia which we asked for at the reception was well organised and without any problems. Also the taxi to the airport was organised in time. Due to late evening flight back we got the opportunity at the check-out to stay for bathing until the evening. We will come back for sure.

We booked with half pension but for us wouldn't be necessary next time. The menu for the dinner wasn't always matching to our taste. But nevertheless all food was tasty. Next time we will book just with breakfast and eat a la carte in the evening.

This is a perfect place to stay. The breakfast is faboulos. So many options! Delicious! We had also dinner every day, it was also amazingly tasty every time. The room is nice and tidy. The pool area is great, the pool bar is the best place to hang out. All the staff people were superfriendly, polite, funny and helpful at the same time. I would give them the staff of the year price! Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

Definitely you need to book this hotel ! everything was perfect . starting from the reception all the team was polite English speaker very helpful . checking was smooth and quick I would like to say a big thank you to Angelica the receptionist very polite and kind girl she really made my day very professional thank you very much ! the breakfast was perfect clean chef Aymen is on of the best chef in Zakynthos and Greece very tasty food a lots of diversity. the staff from the restaurant bar smily efficient ! Maria as well ! if you want a posh luxury calme place where to relax it’s the only hotel worth . the beach is Crystal the swimming pull the view the location perfect ! really thank you very much ti Crystal beach hotel family team 👏👏👏 great job definitely will come back !

Great location, close to the airport and other cities. It is located right next to a lot of restaurants, bars and stores. The venue has a pool and a bar with a nice view, which is included for the hotel guests and it is right next to the public beach. The breakfast was very tasty and diverse. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no possibility for late check out for us, but the hotel has a special location where guests can leave their luggages and enjoy the pool until departure.
