Great location right on the beach. Clean and spacious room, lovely kid-friendly pool and restaurant/dining/bar area. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about what to do and where to eat around the island. Breakfast was nice and little things were changed up every morning such as the pastries. Easy parking and conveniently located to venture out to anywhere on the island from its location. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was a little dated and could use a renovation in the near future.

Pool yards from perfect beach, with soft sand and wadable water for 100 metres. Lovely apartment. Agassi just the right size; Plenty of restaurants and shops, all easily walkable. Bar available, friendly staff. Beautiful and clean hotel. temperature perfect (high 20s) - we were lucky- reached 40 in eastern Mediterranean that week! Hotel Family owned; staff, especially family and long-standing staff, were excellent, and very friendly. You could tell they enjoyed their work, and cared about their customers. We got a fantastic Hire car deal through Booking.com

fridge thermostat problem (minor) some fruit and veg froze, and so unusable. Im sure Hotel would have fixed / swapped, but I didn't ask. The hotel is all (family) apartments, therefore bar area quiet in evenings. I felt sorry for the bar, which wasn't used enough! Noisy kids in pool. This was more parents' responsibility, and I didn't complain. Strange pricing by Booking.com. NOT hotel's fault. End price was higher than quoted. Incoherent explanation by Booking.com

The location is amazing, right next to the beach, perfect for children to play in the pool and beach. The staff were amazing friendly and welcoming. The sunset views from the beach were lovely. We really did have a wonderful 2 weeks here. Highly recommend

Other guest reserving sunbeds with their towels early in the morning, then not coming to use the beds hours later. I think a policy not to reserve bed otherwise towels should be removed should be in place.

Great location right ok the beach! We booked a two bed apartment. Ladies on reception lovely and friendly .

Slightly dated room Could do with a new kitchen but everything was clean and we didn’t cook just made a few snacks, the aircon was a bit temperamental in the main bedroom & you have to make sure the door is correctly closed for it to work then during the night you would wake up freezing and need to turn it off then wake up hot an hour later and put it back in so a bit of a pain as we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Night porter was a bit grumpy and told our daughters off returning to the hotel late however they were walking ahead of myself and husband and made sure they was quiet and didn’t disturb other guests.

We had the most amazing stay at Xenos Kamara Hotel, I have nothing bad to say about this place. We had a room with a sea view and we saw the most amazing sunrise/sunsets. View of Zakynthos town when you are by the pool or the beach. Staff at the hotel are so friendly, from the reception desk, to the people behind the bar and cleaning staff, everyone we met along our stay was friendly and had a smile on their faces. Everyone was very helpful too. It was my twin sister and my birthday and they hotel staff came with a free bottle of rosé wine, which was lovely and a memory to treasure. We went for a self catering option, but ate breakfast at the hotel once, and the choice was good. Aircon and safe was free of charge. We were also able to check out late, free of charge. I guess that's the benefits when you travel off season. Rooms and pool very clean and a play area for kids outside in the shade, can't ask for more really.

Calm and laid back atmosphere. Very very nice stuff and management. Always doing their best to help us meet our needs with our 2 year old son. The beach was great and plenty of restaurants around. The hotel restourant also serves good meals and breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Everything!! The location was perfect, right on the beach front and within a short walk to many bars & tavernas. All the staff were superb, couldn’t do enough for you and incredibly friendly. All the food cooked fresh to order and was lovely. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

Very close to the beach, which has calm water and is very siutable for children as well as for swimming. Many good restaurants, bars, bacaries nearby. Staff is very very nice, helpful. Family atmoshophere! Free parking for your rental car. Clean swimming pool. Super view from the apartment.

location to beach, restaurants & shops. property & rooms were always spotless & clean. George the host, family & staff are so accommodating.

very little as this is an exceptional hotel. just suggestions for improvement It would be nice to see the bathroom updated with a walk in shower rather than the current tub as it was cumbersome to get in & out. breakfast although is very good it is a limited menu. having a buffet style breakfast would bring another level of service to this great hotel.

Great pool, but hard to get lounges in the mornings. Breakfast was really good and varied. We had room 205 and the balcony is the best place for an evening drink! Great location close to all the restaurants and shops

It looks like people not staying at the accommodation just come off the beach and use the lounges so guests miss out. Can be a bit noisy along the corridors with other guests walking to and from their rooms
