the general atmosphere at hotel is great. Main building is very nice - I recommend to stay here! There were NO Russians what is a great! The food was good, not a huge offer but enough to eat differently for a week. There was Greece cuisine as well as sea fruits. Also there was an option to eat at second restaurant (theme food). A few times there was a concert/live music which was really fun! Thanks for the team <3

At first we didn’t receive the room at the building as it was at reservation. So it took a while to get even nicer room. After that everything was just fine.

Food was good. Location is also good, close to the beach and close but far enough from the loud main road. Room was big, bathroom also nice and big. They clean the rooms almost every day and gave us fresh towels. Staff was really friendly and helpful, Pedros from the front desk and everyone in the restaurant.

The selfserved drinks from the machines tasted very bad. Also the coffees from the machines were sub par. Loud and obnoxious brittish people (young couples are loud, families with children are pretty annoying) The toilet kept making a loud bang every now and then which was pretty disturbing at night. Smoking is allowed pretty much everywere. The hotel pools (it had 3, one for each building) are not heated and were freazing cold. Whats the point of having them? We got free wifi and AC trough Booking, but otherwise i think they charge you extra, which is not ok.

Great location, excellent staff, food was very nice.

Bathroom was very tired looking. Bed was very uncomfortable, could feel every spring in the mattress.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very near to the beach. The catering service is perfect. Perfect place for those who want to be a part of the very noisy nights of Laganas.

Do not choose Laganas, if you would like to sleep at night. So noisy nights are not fault of the hotel, it is typical to the city.

The hotel complex is spread over the street (not closed area), The beds in the Sun building are not very comfortable (spring mattress), Noise from outside can be heard in the room - the entrance doors do not insulate sound well

The staff was very nice and busy. There was an option to eat in other Zante Plaza hotels, which allowed us to explore the island and have lunch at the closest hotel, without having to return to ours. The food was excellent, there were many choices and something different every day. Bed was very comfortable. The room (and hotel) was clean. Checkout was at 11, but we were allowed to use the facilities and have lunch, which was great as our flight was late in the afternoon. We had free AC as we booked through Booking.com (normally it's for extra charge), but we didn't use it as the weather was perfect (stayed 5-9. October).

This would be nitpicking. No toiletries (shampoo, shower gel). The pool is shallow (1.2 max depth), but it's cleaned every night. WiFi works only in the public areas, but worked well and you don't have to pay extra for WiFi, as I saw in one of the comments. However, we loved our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Honestly, I loved everything about my stay and trip, Staff were absolutely amazing from reception, bar to the cleaners. The food was lush, me and my partner really enjoyed ourselves. We stayed in room 514 and had some arguing neighbours, but they were quickly dealt with in a professional manner and we also got an apology the following day. We will definitely be back

From start to finish the staff of the hotel were incredible they work extremely hard and very long hours to provide an excellent stay.. our room was superior room over looking pool which was beautiful..The cleaners never stopped working day to night..location is excellent... Several food theme nights Italian was my favourite.. use of 3 pools and snack bar was great several options .. Buffet was super fresh and lots of choice .. bar man miri was superb and Pedro they were so kind .. over all an excellent choice

The rooms are large enough for a comfy stay, there is room cleaning every day, the staff really do everything they can for you to enjoy your stay. The food is also very good and diversified. Overall i would say it exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel and would definitely return.

Sometimes at dinner it cand become crowded and it is possible that you can't find a place to sit.

Absolutely amazing stay! The food was incredible as was the location. Staff were so friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was cleaned every couple of days and we were left with fresh towels. Would definitely recommend.
