I really enjoyed my stay at Dusit Thani Beach Resort Guam! The location is absolutely wonderful... right on the beach with stunning views. The free parking was a huge plus, making everything so convenient. The breakfast was awesome... delicious and varied. I also loved the pool, which was amazing and perfect for relaxing. Plus, the direct beach access made it easy to enjoy the beautiful shoreline anytime.

While I enjoyed many aspects of my stay at Dusit Thani Beach Resort Guam, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The bathroom faucet at the lavatory was heavily calcified, which gave it an unclean appearance. Also, the bed had wheels, and I could really feel it shifting whenever I turned in my sleep, which affected my comfort.

The breakfast buffet, top notch. Staff at Palm Cafe super nice, 5 star! Hotel and Palm Cafe overlook the beach. Room very nice with balcony on the 8th floor. The Dusit is really (2) hotels connected by Dusit Plaza. This is a block long shopping mall where any of the stores and restaurants can be accessed without going outside. Parking is the same. Access the multilevel parking area common to both hotels is thru Dusit Plaza. This is especially nice when temperatures outside are high. I can't leave out the staff that did room cleaning. They were very nice.

The Ocean Front Rooms are great! The view of the ocean in the morning and during sunset is always spectacular. Some days you can witness a rainbow forming in the horizon. Which add to the experience. Restaurants and cafe in the hotel and around the hotel. Very accessible. Trolley and bus and taxi bay are close by if you want to explore other places in Guam.

During the last stay, while the staff are very good at mitigating housekeeping issue, we experienced not having our room cleaned twice. It felt disappointing because we have to call for our room to be made. We never had to worry about housekeeping on our previous stays. Even when it was still Outrigger and following visit when it became Dusit Beach.

The beach and the bars near the beach. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent and the staff in the breakfast dinning area was fantastic. The floors having a water dispenser and a microwave on certain floors was also a plus. The ability to purchase coffee 24/7 is also an added bonus as well as having the Hardrock Cafe, IHOP, California pizza in the area without having to go outside.

The elevators were at times a little busy. I didn't like the balcony in my room. It only was large enough for one person to sit on the balcony. Next time I will ensure I get a room with a larger balcony.

Awesome kids water park my child and niece enjoyed it so much. A unique feature for a hotel to have besides your usual swimming pool. Located on a beautiful beach shore. Beautiful Sunset. Ideal location close to lots of restaurants and shopping stores. Awesome live band that performs every night at the hotels lobby lounge.

Nothing to complain about. Awesome place to stay.

Breakfast was good, Tasi grill bar was great. The room was spacious and clean, as I’d expected. The view was also great, make sure you have to book ‘oceanfront’ if you want a full ocean view. It was a little bit confusing when booking the room myself. The pool was the absolute highlight of the hotel, better than Dusit Thani pools for me. (It was also nice we could use many facilities of Dusit Thani) Overall, it was a stay worth the cost. And the cleaning lady was so kind and did a great job maintaining the room, who cleaned the whole 11th floor during my stay. Many thanks to her and feel so sorry that we missed the chance to give her some tips for her great service.

The parking lot was always packed, so we had to go to Dusit Tahni parking space, which is not quite an easy access from Dusit Beach. Also there were some of obnoxious drunken people nearby Tabu tiki bar, not always, but quite often some people were shouting slangs and screaming, and the bar didn’t do anything about it. Also you can’t get really drunken by the cocktails they got there.

I liked the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The rooms consisted of excellent decor paired with a snap-worthy view. The hotel is close to the bars along the strip and the beach and Tiki Bar are connected to the resort.

The laundry room was tiny and consisted of four washers, two of which were down or had technical problems. This made it very difficult to wash clothes.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. You have direct access to the beach, and most of the restaurants and stores nearby. Beautiful ocean view and a great pool. A bit on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (a layer of dust on top of the shower head and some dirty spots on the ground). The room itself was very clean and comfortable, though.

The breakfast buffet is amazing, make sure you get that included. Three different pools for whatever age group you need. Direct (I mean DIRECT) beach access!

The primary parking garage is tough to get a spot. But the alternate garage at the Dusit always has a spot.
