The view of the ocean from my room on the 9th floor was speactacular. I had not expected such a large balcony and enjoyed relaxing and taking in the view from there. My room was also more spacious than expected and the working desk by the large windows with ocean view was also a nice added touch.

The breakfast at hotel is rather expensive --$38. I realize this is a tourist area so all breakfasts in hotel will be pricey but what was offered was not of value. Also was not so impressed that the hotel takes a $100 USD fee when you check in and tells you at check out that they will reimburse your credit card in 7 to 10 days. Should be more automatic.

My stay at Hotel Nikko was incredible! From check-in to check-out I was taken care of. The staff are all friendly, from all different departments and seem genuinely interested in providing you with a great stay and gave me a lot of tips about Guam. My room was incredible, clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the sea, beach and a lot of Guam. The location is convenient to get to surrounding places. The beach facilities were great. I loved going to the cafe, spa and pool too. I can't fault anything really. Thank you to the amazing staff that really cared about my stay.

The breakfast buffet was more like brunch. So many to choose from. It was worth it. The private balcony was the best part of our stay. Watching the sun rise and sun set was so beautiful. We would just stay outside and listen to the ocean waves. It was so relaxing.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Its inconvenient to go to the lobby in your pjs in the middle of the night.

Hallways to rooms on floors had rugs that were very dirty and in need of replacing. Would be good to replace with floors that can be mopped. Rug in room also stained but not as bad as hallway rugs.it would be nice to have more lunch options.

The room was clean, a/c was cold, stocked with good toiletries, high speed wi-fi and a smart tv. fast elevator, not crowded. house keeping was very efficient. fountain cafe food was 10/10. huskee cups are greatly appreciated-made us happy and was a great addition to our stay. the lobby store had helpful service and was a great shopping experience. bellhop service was friendly and quick.

we were excited to attend the yoga class on Tuesday as advertised via Hotel Nikko app, but that morning we contacted front desk and we were told it’s on Mon. Wed. Fri. :( the pool and slide was enjoyable, but the quality of the pool water felt questionable.

I stayed in an ocean front suite and it is really spacious, the balcony is comfortable, the view is amazing and beautiful, so it is a great resort. The welcome drink in the fridge is well stocked, from beer and cocktails to soft drinks. The premier lounge also have a great selection of drinks and more food than I expected. The pool is beautiful and the staff are friendly. Gun beach in front of hotel is beatiful. One of the best resort hotel ever!

Bathroom is nice with separate tub and shower stall, but somewhat small and cramped.

Quiet location a short walk from the central tourist district. Every room has a private balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is attentive and professional. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning works very well, keeping the room cool. The gym is spacious with many stations.

Bathrooms are a little dated, but clean and functional.

2nd year in a row we have stayed at this hotel for Christmas. It has a very nice pool and beach access. We also use it for the spa and restaurant Benkay. Parking is free and accessible. First time doing breakfast which was very good.

Ice machine on our floor was constantly out of order and making a "beep" most of the time.

The view of Tumon Bay from the room balcony was stunning! Also, the snorkeling at the resort's beach was some of the best we have ever seen--and we have traveled all over Southeast Asia.

Definitely U.S. prices.

Property was well-maintained; staff was very friendly and courteous. Location on the beach was absolutely gorgeous and close to hotel. The amenities were relevant and well-maintained as well.
