I liked the mordern minimalistic decor. The stay was extremely comfortable and the beds felt laying on clouds. I recommend the tano suite if you’re looking for the perfect home away from home staycation

The roads going to the hotel were the only thing I was unpleased with.

FRONT DESK HELP WAS GREAT, THE COUNTER PEOPLE ANNE AND THE GENTLEMEN WORKING WITH ANNE AT 330 AM ON 14 SEPT , I FORGOT HIS NAME WERE FABULOUS, I GO EVERY FEW MONTHS TOO GUAM AND HAVE STAYED AT THE PROPERTIES THERE BUT THIS ONE THE NEW HOTEL TANO WAS THE BEST ONE YET. I WILL RETURN. THEY were very kind in allowing us to CHECK IN VERY EARLY WITH NO CHARGE, OUR FLIGHT ARRIVED AT 430 AM AFTER GETTING A RENTAL CAR WE ARRIVED AROUND 6AM EXHAUSTED FROM THE FLIGHT, THEY GAVE US A ROOM TO REST IN BEFORE TRANSFERRING US TO OUR DELUXE ROOM, NO CHARGE FOR ARLY ARRIVAL, REAL NICE, ALL HOTELS SHOULD DO THIS BUT THEY DO NOT, SHAME ON THEM AND HOORAY FOR TANO HOTEL. SOON WILL BE ADDING A RESTAURANT NEXT TO THE CHINESE BUFFETT IN SAME BUILDING, AND ALSO ADDING OTHER AMENITIES REMEMBER THIS HOTEL IS NEW AND JUST OPENED JUNE OF 2023, SO ITS NEW.BUT GREAT JOB BYE STAFF

ALL WERE VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT.

The staff was great and got me a room to rest before check in time (i arrived at 6am) at no extra charge and did the same the day i left, they also provided me a room to stay in after check out while i waited for my flight in the evening. The bed was comfortable, smart tv, shower with strong water pressure. Gym and pool available, convienience store on site. Walking distance to the beach.

The internet was pretty slow, and they seem to be blocking UDP so i couldnt connect to my work vpn. Also i feel at this price point there should be breakfast included. The house keeping was not great, all they did was replace towels and make up the bed a bit, they never cleaned the used tea cups, never replaced the complimentary tea, left hair on the floor and insistantly knocked on the door even when the "do not disturb sign" was hung.

Used hotel airport transfer option and staff member was waiting for us as we exited customs. A short 15 minute ride to hotel. It is a block away from shops, restaurants and clubs. My favorite Chinese restaurant is a block away. The hotel is exceptionally clean with friendly staff. A great pool with towels at hand. Rooms are very spacious and I particularly enjoyed having the suite with lounge area and mini kitchen separate from the bedroom. This is my new GoTo hotel in Guam.

No restaurant or bar, but not a biggie as these are available within walking distance.

We arrived much earlier than the check in time. The hotel Tano was not only kind enough to let us check in early they also upgraded our room. We organised pick up and drop off through the hotel for a reasonable price. Our driver Oz was o time. Oz has been exceptional and helped us to get an early check in. He also gave us many tips on what to do and where to go on the island!Thank you again. TNo hotel has a convenience store inside operated 24 hrs. And the coin operated washing mashine and dryer is a real plus aswell (3USD per use). Location is close to the beach and quite close to the busier area to Tumon. Have restaurants and shops close by. Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable.

It may not look very inviting from the outside also due to some renovation.

The location was perfect. I spent every morning walking around Tumon for 30 minutes to an hour. And just across the hotel is a small path to a beach. Also really loved the 24-hour store and the 24-hour gym. If you need to get last minute souvenirs, there's an ABC Store that's practically next door. The hotel room was pretty nice and spacious. Staff was very nice and friendly.

I want to clarify that these are nitpicks. As in these were a slight inconvenience for me but it's not something that I hated during my stay. I wish the room had a microwave included. I had leftover food that I would've loved to heat up for a small lunch or dinner but I ended up throwing it away. I have an android phone and I'm glad that I could screen cast to the Android TV in my room. However, all of the active TVs in the hotel also showed up in my screen cast list and I didn't know which one to use. So I had to mess around with the TV settings and temporarily rename it. The hotel still has ongoing renovations. The front entrance has yet to be worked on. The back entrance had most of the tiles installed (when I first got there, I had to walk on plywood to get to the entrance).

Stayed at Hotel Tano for about a month, and the hotel was the perfect property for us while on remote work/vacation on Guam visiting family and friends over our kids summer break. The hotel had just completed their renovation and conversion to a newly renovated boutique hotel. We loved the modern design and concept of the property and of the Premier Suite we had stayed in. We also loved the view of Tumon Bay and It’s sunset from our suite. The property is also centrally located on Tumon, where we made the daily walk to Fujita beach which was about a 5 minute walk, and to the main Tumon shopping strip which was about a 10 minute walk. Staff were superb, as others mentioned on here. They welcomed us with the Hafa Adai spirit, they were attentive to our family’s needs during our stay, and at times a couple steps ahead in insuring we had a great stay. They sure made us feel like family. These individuals includes (Brandon, Robinson, Sam, Rey, Oz, Misty, Josh, Jay, Mark, Sheryl, and Jamie) A couple specific individuals that made our stay extra special, were Oz and Misty. Oz Lobby Host, consistently greeted us as we departed the hotel to kick-off our day and welcomed us back in the evening as we returned back to the hotel from our fun filled day. Oz would also check in on us to insure we were having a great stay. Misty our room attendant, was consistent in servicing our room, and would consistently check in to see if we needed any additional room amenities during our stay. It was refreshing to come back from our day to a clean room. My kids also loved the care that Misty had put towards their stuff animals. Overall an AWESOME stay, and we are looking forward to staying again and will be recommending Hotel Tano to our stateside friends and family!

The location of Hotel Tano is accessible via Red Guam Shuttle Bus. In front of the Hotel Tano is a station or waiting area for Red Guam Shuttle Bus. We can easily go to Micronesia Mall and Guam Premium Outlet (GPO) through this Red Guam Shuttle Van. One day pass for Red Guam Shuttle Bus is 15US$ from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for unlimited rides. You need to check the schedule of the bus through their website or in the waiting area.

Newly renovated, so it was very modern. Not everything was new, for example doors were simply repainted, I think. But in general I liked the cozy and clean atmosphere since I don't really enjoy the chaos of huge hotels. There were no more than a few floors so I didn't have to wait forever to get the elevator. The staff was very helping and kind. A laundry machine and a dryer were available but it cost 3 dollars. It's definitely better than nothing but I found it a bit expensive. The hotel is not so close from the center, taking about 15 minutes to get there by walking, but there are many cool restaurants nearby. We visited a ramen place and a Thai food restaurant and there seemed to be many locals, which I wanted as a tourist :) In general, I would visit this hotel again in the future. And Matapang beach that is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel was cute and quiet so I liked it as a introvert person

The enterance was going under renovation and so did some other places so it wasn't easy to walk with a stroller.

Stayed here for the bulk of my one month stay in Guam. Everyone was nice, facilities great value, parking was great, close to everything, and overall good experience.

1) You have to keep your suitcase closed and room tidy in order for housekeeping to service your room. It was inconvenient because I was there for >3 weeks, so I was consistently in and out and having to "clean my room" was counter to the point of checking into a hotel. My sheets went unchanged because of this policy and my schedule. Would really reconsider the policy. 2) new coin operated washing and drying machines. Was there when they were free and then it switched over to being $6 for a SELF wash and dry. More annoying than anything.
