Location was excellent. The hotel is directly connect to the JP Superstore offering lots of gift ideas and clothes. Just across the street from the hotel is the DFS Guam Galleria for more shopping. Down the hill is a short walk around 300-400 meters to Nana's Cafe where you can find a path to Tumon Beach for an early morning swim or watching a gorgeous sunset. The staff are friendly and warm. The hotel is about 3 kms to Micronesia Mall where you can find Macy's and a Don Quijote Village easily found on Waze.

Facilities are old, carpet is a little worn. Towels look old.

Breakfast was amazing. Delicious variety of dishes and great selection of bread and dessert. The bed in our room was big and comfy. Bathroom was awesome because toilet had a separate door and Shower room had a bathtub. It’s very relaxing when you hang out on the balcony at night and in the morning with a great view. Air-con can be adjusted which is convenient. Also this hotel has a convenient store where you can buy your snacks, drinks, & swimwear. Comforters and pillows were fluffy and soft.

We were delighted to learn that the hotel had a lazy river in addition to the swimming pool. Hotel rooms were very nice and clean. Great location, walking distance to shops and beach. Short drive to airport.

We appreciated that rooms were serviced every two days, however they were cleaned late in the afternoon, often when we were returning to the hotel. Would prefer if they were serviced earlier in the day when we were more likely to be out.

Love how it was so much fun, especially the lazy river and how it was so relaxing and comfortable in our room, especially the beds, AC, and the balcony for a fresh air plus love how they also have the garage to park!

Not that we didn't like but hopefully soon enough you guys are able to open the slides wer the lazy river is at and maybe also open a small shop or vendor for food and drinks just a suggestion! But we really love our stay and my kids can't wait to book again with ur hotel!

Ideal, comfortable and safe location. Great for layovers on Guam or vacations, with JP shopping center, cafe and convenient store in the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and have bathroom and kitchen amenities for guest.

I had to sign a waiver form for the water park, and my stay was not within the open hours of the park. This was not applicable to me, but I was required to sign it due to hotel policy, according to the front desk clerk. I may have misunderstood this, but I was asked to complete the wavier and I did. Other than that, everything about the stay and staff was wonderful.

Good location. Walkable distance to good restaurants.

It was difficult to know the operation times for the pool and Lazy River Tarza. We went on Sunday morning (9-10am). The pool was open but Lazy River was closed…maybe making the operation times more apparent. Our key card envelope said it was open except Wednesdays only. No time information. This is no fault of the facility, but very sad that there’s only Lazy River Tarza after Mawar typhoon. It was one of the best water parks back in the day.

The location of the hotel was a walking distance to great places such as TGIF, Honolulu Coffee, DFS, etc. The room was big enough to accommodate myself and my friends. Unfortunately, due to the weather we didn't get to enjoy the beach, but we still enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Some of the power outlets especially on the tv desk were not working. My room air con on the 3rd day started to ice, and was making some noises, even water got to drip out of the air con although it was still cooling the room.

I like that it was a clean establishment. I like the location and the fact there were stores, shops, and restaurants within the hotel. So, whether you're out on the town or staying in, you're covered either way. The staff was great, from the folks in the lobby to the cleaning crew, they were just so accommodating.

The line to check in was long and seemed a bit out of order for patrons approaching. If 3 o'clock is check-in, why not have a full staff present? No fault to the hotel, but the swimming pool was inaccessible due to a recent typhoon. The kids were really looking forward to swimming. Prices are quite high for vendor purchases. This might just be an American thing and not the vendor or the hotel. No iron, no ironing board.

The location is sooooo good. The price is also cheaper than the other hotels that near the same location.

The hotel only offers bottles of water on the first day. We stayed five days without any price cheaper( every day same price). But there were no more bottles of water after the first day. ( Same price-- but after the first day, the room was less tidy and no more bottles of water-- it's not fair.)

I got this property for a price I was happy with. My friends were staying at the much more expensive resort a short two minute walk away. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Staff booked my taxi for my early morning flight. Do book your taxi the night before if you need an early start to airport, there was a shortage of taxis that morning, but for me, I was fine because of the early booking the night before.
