We liked the location, view of hotel, accessibility, service of frontline desk,ample parking space, affordability, spacious room and amenities.

Housekeeping can be improved. Needs to improve cleaning. Not all parts of the room are being cleaned. There are spots that you can see that it was overlooked especially the toilet area and not cleaned. Sometimes they even forget to take out the trash. Some items in the kitchen are missing such as can and wine opener. We called and requested but it never came. The water heater in the shower sometimes ran out. Good thing it was summer so not much of problem. But wish the water heater supply is constant. A little problem in the toilet, there seems to be a plumbing issue. Not so nice smell that we think is a plumbing issue.

Room was clean and had no issue. Location was good but since it is on a hilltop, I would recommend to wear trainers than flip-flops if you are not used to walking hills with them. View was great, got to see the sunset from the room too.

The A/C control was limited. It was set to 22 degrees celsius on strong wind. We had to call maintenance to let the cap to be 26 degrees but had no control of the fan speed. It would have been fine at 22 degrees if we were able to change the fan speed. That said, with 26 degrees, we had the dryer on and managed the room temperature well.

All the staff were exceptional !! We had a hotel room with 2 queen comfortable beds, tv, coffee pot, and hot water maker, mini refrigerator, and dehumidifier. The room was spacious and bathroom with separate tub and shower. The outdoor patio bar area and infinity pool were very nice and had a great view of the ocean. Plenty of onsite free parking too!

The shower area needs a curtain or door added as the water gets all over the bathroom floor. Positive is the water pressure was awesome and you could use the overhead or hand held shower head. This hotel as most in Guam charge extra for the breakfast buffet ($22 per person) which I feel should be included for free, but it’s the norm for Guam. The reason for a 9 instead of a 10 were due to mini frig did not work at all, same for the dehumidifier. The positive was maintenance brought a frig that worked and a dehumidifier that actually took the water out of the air. I’m not sure to put blame on the hotel for ignoring these to issues or prior guests for not reporting. Maintenance quickly took care of these two issues for us so kiddos to maintenance!!

We arrived around 5 in morning and Chass in the registration counter was so helpful to admit us and looked for us available rooms for early check in (of course with a fee). The lobby is clean and smells good. The dining area is also pretty. Breakfast is not overwhelming simple but filling. Good coffee.

They should replace the towels, Should be whiter. Toiletries should include cotton buds. The location is a challenge to walk, we dared the challenge though.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Short walk to the anywhere you need to go in Tumon. Pricing is reasonable for the quality you get during your stay.

The internet was not as fast as other hotels I've stayed in. the connection would drop and I would have to switch to my cell phone data. If they upgrade their internet service I would have rated my stay higher. Would like the mini store in the lobby to sell more toiletry items and bath soaps to use in the tub (bring your own).

Beautiful facility, well maintained and great location. I was upgraded for free to a 3 bedroom suite on the 10th floor with a panoramic patio, a mostly private terrace, and beautiful views. They notified me upon checkout that I had been accidentally overcharged by $3 and promptly refunded it. Absolutely exceptional service. Will stay again if I return to Guam!

I liked the customer service of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel itself.

The afternoon traffic in front of the hotel. I don’t blame anything on the hotel though. Just warn guests that getting in and out by car from 5pm to 7pm is nearly impossible.

I really liked everything. Clean, comfortable, spacious room, great bed. Large territory of the hotel, excellent swimming pool, bar. Good location, lots of places to relax nearby. beach. bus stop.

housekeeping was subpar. did not replace sheets. did not refill necessity items such as toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo, mini towels, etc.

Everything that matters! Kindness across all staff was very memorable. Location walking distance to shops and good eateries and to the beach precinct. Well maintained.

Traffic noise (but to be expected given Road location of hotel). Adjacent restaurant had nice staff and ambiance but was unfortunately let down by the food.
