I recently stayed at Casa Noble, a beautiful colonial-style hotel, and I can’t say enough about the nice experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were always available to help, whether with directions, recommendations, or simply ensuring that I had everything I needed. The level of personalized service truly set this hotel apart. The location was ideal—just five blocks from the central park, surrounded by excellent restaurants and historic sites, making it easy to explore the local culture and attractions on foot. The area felt very safe, which allowed me to relax and take in the sights. My room was cozy and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like air conditioning, a lovely garden-facing window, and a refreshing shower. The decor was elegant and carefully curated, giving the space a charming colonial vibe that felt both luxurious and homely. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and large TV, which made it easy to unwind at the end of the day. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a selection of delicious options that left me ready to tackle the day. The quality of the breakfast surpassed my expectations, and the service during breakfast was just as attentive and friendly as throughout the rest of the hotel. Overall, this hotel provides everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay, with service that feels both genuine and exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the perfect blend of location, comfort, and hospitality.

Nothing comes to mind

This is a beautiful small hotel in a great location in Antigua. The hotel and rooms are full of character and the rooms are well styled to reflect the local area with good local furniture and antiques. The hotel is built around an internal garden that is well maintained and offers a cool spot to enjoy breakfast. We arrived late at the hotel after an international flight and the hotel was able to facilitate a late check in. They also organised a taxi service to collect us from the hotel and booked a shuttle to Lake Atitlan for us. Breakfast was very good and included in the price of the room.

Due to storms in America, our connecting flight from London to Guatamala was cancelled and we were stranded in New York for 3 nights. We made the hotel aware of this immediately and they supported us moving our booking. We originally booked (and had paid for) 3 nights but we had to change this to just one night due to our delayed arrival. I queried the cancellation policy and asked how a refund would be administered. They assured me that the hotel was dealing with it. It is now 3 weeks since we stayed at the hotel and we are still chasing an outcome on a refund . We have been informed that this is being actioned and could take 30-60 days. It is a real shame this this is proving so protracted and uncertain as we loved the hotel and our stay there was great.

This hotel pleased us in every aspect. The outdoor garden area is very nice and the rooms are all a bit different and loaded with character. We stayed in two different rooms, one on the ground level and one upstairs. We enjoyed the comforts of each of them. The breakfast includes options which we appreciated because we stayed eight nights. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive. We expressed interest in speaking in Spanish, despite the fact that the managers speak English fluently, because we are trying to improve our Spanish skills. Everyone tried to accommodate us by speaking more slowly and correcting us as we had requested! We look forward to staying for a longer period of time next year. Loved staying at Casa Noble!

Hmmm …. personal preference here - the pillows were very flat but it feels silly to mention this because it is a minor gripe that certainly didn’t diminish our overall enjoyment!

This hotel was beautiful. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was so surprised. Bedrooms were nice, the lobby area and the garden were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was very small

Breakfast included was perfect. Pancakes were great as well as egg options. The rooms air conditioner works perfectly. The hotel had a simple classic Guatamalan charm about it with gorgeous court yard. My room was on the 2nd floor so I had the view of volcanoes and surrounding mountains. Just note the birds are a bit loud here they'll be waking you up early naturally. I think especially if you're on the 2nd floor with the wooden roof but it wasn't too bothersome.

Outside space was a bonus as room was small . Outside space in courtyard and by pool. Coffee and tea available all day from kitchen area . Quiet location but still close to centre . Quaint boutique hotel

Unfortunately a group of noisy , disrespectful American students were there , thankfully for us , we only were subjected to their behaviour for one day as we were leaving thereafter . We didn’t appreciate at 10.30 pm that they wanted to sit outside our room by the pool and be noisy .

This is the perfect place to stay in Antigua. Easy walk to the main square but far enough to be outside the activity. Safe. Clean. Outstanding staff that arranged taxis and shuttles. Beautiful inner courtyard with lush plants and birds. Outstanding breakfasts (both Spanish and Western) with great service. Wonderful traditional, big rooms.

Cute traditional decor, beautiful views of 2 volcanos from the room’s windows, excellent hot shower, the entire property is cozy with a nice inward beautiful garden and the best were the staff who without exception were all very welcoming and very friendly!!

Maybe they could add more options for breakfast. We stayed two nights and it was okay but if we were going to stay a week, I would wish for more variety.

I stayed at Casa Noble twice and both times in room 5. The room is large. There is a wardrobe with hangers and a safe. The bed is large and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water in the shower and good water pressure. There was a/c, but I didn't need to use it. You can getvyour laundry done across the street.

Room 5 is next to the breakfast area and can be noisy in the morning.

Staying in this hotel was a great experience. There’s a strong and precise concept behind its set-up. The aesthetic is faithful to the colonial style, with big attention to the details. The furnishing reflects the style of the building and is somehow “essential”. I appreciate this kind of concept a lot, so I felt like at home. The atmosphere is very relaxing… there are plants all around attracting many brids tweeting in the morning. Rooms are very clean. There’s people doing maintenance to the garden and the structure every day and the staff was always kind and careful.

There’s no negative thing I can think about, just one observation: some rooms have their window directly in the patio or in passages where other guests can walk. There’s not much that one can do about it, it’s just the colonial architecture style. But it’s something to consider for those who are very sensible to privacy.
