Facilities are beautifully designed and maintained. Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast has plenty of options. They go the extra mile offering umbrellas for guest use since area is rainy. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. Also, we got a treat every day in our room after they cleaned it! Highly recommend!

juices aren’t included in breakfast, they are for an extra cost. Also, they take the currency exchange to a different rate, so when they charged my card in their local currency it ended up being more than what my original reservation said it would be in US $.

From the moment Gloria and I walked in, we were greeted by waiters and staff Esdras, Brenda, Guisella, Jemy, Angelica, Alfredo, Elias, Zolin, Becky, and the amazing women rockstars at the SPA affiliated with Los Pasos. I was so amazed with the property and the room was MUCH more spacious than we thought. We stayed the perfect amount of nights and were treated like royalty by the most appreciative and pleasant staff. I will be seeing you all again next year and thank you SO much for a wonderful stay.

This is a stunning hotel made up of areas with courtyard and pathways that lead to your room. An oasis of greenery with a beautiful rooftop eating area with a view. The breakfast is included and you can order anything you like from the menu- very good. The omelet in particular stands out because of the beautiful salad that comes with. Great service throughout

Only thing I thought was strange - they charge for milk for your coffee. Not a lot but because this is a pricey hotel seems a bit much

The hotel itself looks gorgeous! It was like hidden heaven, so beautiful inside! Room was little too small for two people Breakfast was really delicious with cute table set up , nice view and warm sun shining as you sip your coffee. ( I just wish they had simple croissants ) Hotel provided us with taxi from the airport ( 50$) which was handy coz we landed late and checked us in at 1 am, we are grateful for that 😊 Stuff didn’t speak much English, but it still was easy to communicate. Definitely would recommend and come back!

Excellent and very attentive and friendly staff, beautiful lay out, very comfortable and well decorated room, laid out as downstairs sitting room and upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The tilework in the bathroom was beautiful. Copious and tasty breakfast with lots of choice, with possibility to eat it on the roof terrace with fabulous views. Lovely spa area and good spa treatment.

The one dinner I had was a bit of a game of two halves, excellent and tasty starter, undercooked and tasteless main. It's quite a walk to the main park, has the advantage that there is less noise from people in the street but a bit of a schlep after a day spent wandering round town over the cobbles.

I stayed during my birthday and made note in my reservation. There was no acknowledgement from staff about it. No Happy Birthday, no note, no champagne, nothing. Quite disappointing as I have had better experiences with birthday celebrations at other hotels Room location was very noisy. (Room #4) is next to the courtyard and awakened early in the morning with someone singing and playing guitar for breakfast crowd. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. Ask for a room away from the front of the hotel.

The hotel has a lovely ambience with historic charming courtyards. Check-in staff were very responsive and helpful especially in regards to booking transfers to and from the hotel. Breakfast included was ordered a la cart off the menu and was well presented, ample and tasty. It would have been nice if hot water / tea and plain water would have been included with the breakfast rather than being charged extra.

We booked a junior suite with a terrace for our party of three people - the suite was much smaller than expected for the price that we paid such that one had to close the entrance door inorder to move around to reach the second bed in the room. The "terrace" was a shared open courtyard bench outside the room, rather than a private terrace. perhaps room descriptions could be more accurate to avoid disappointment. other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

The property is in a great location , Antigua is very walkable. The hotel had great details which made it a very comfortable stay such as duvet bedding. The aesthetic of the hotel was great. It also had a rooftop with great views. The free breakfast had a lot of great options. Staff were very friendly.

Spa was very lovely , it would have been nice if the thermal journey (pool,sauna and steam room) was included in the hotel stay and not an extra cost.

This is a beautiful property a short walk from the center of Antigua. The property is built around beautiful gardens with a rooftop terrace. Delicious food & beverage served in both spaces, roof top with lovely views. Breakfast was notable delicious & a lunch we ate there by default was the best we had. All served by delightful staff, Manuel was our wonderful waiter each morning. All the staff was friendly & helpful. I particularly loved the colonial character of the space & the architectural & design details. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing garden and green space, nice hotel and nice bath tub, very authentic. Big yard and nice service. Bed is also, fair size. The staff can help with luggage storage.

Probably one of the most expensive and overpriced place, I paid almost 200 dollars for one night. The terrace is fine but with nearly no views. I wouldn't say it is relaxing. The location is also slightly far from the center.
