The price for one room

The staff is extremely nice and helpful - they helped us arrange transport to Flores and opened the door for us at 3 am so we can go for sunrise tour. The hotel has a very good location, so it can be a great base for Tikal trip.

The bathroom had no proper ventilation, so in the room smelled humid (it was not the case of cleaning - the room was clean and so were the sheets. You could just see that un the bathroom were mold problem and it was treated/painted).

The guy in the reception was just amazing. He's very friendly and he called me by my name. He opened the door for me at 3,15 am for my tour to Tikal. Other stuff was nice too but the guy made the difference

I didn't like the ants in my room and the other few insects. The coffee was just a mixed bag of coffee powder and milk powder. It was awful tbh. Food in general wasn't that great but the stuff very friendly so they made it up

Very loud with kids playing in the pool until late at night. Wifi did not work in my room.

I was charged more than what it was shown on booking.com, many insects in the room and bed and no A/C
