Great location, free breakfast, beautiful views of the lake, clean and a lovely pool!

The waiters need to smile a little more...not very friendly.

The hotel is extremely nice and breakfast was exceptional (several options to choose from). Location is great (supermarket only a few minutes away; ATMs; food stands; restaurants). Pool was good and the room was a highlight (AC; balcony; comfortable bed).

They have WIFI but it was quite glitchy (especially in our room). The pool is right in the bar/breakfast area, so you swim and sunbathe with tons of people around you. Staff were very professional, but quite distant.

The hotel is not on the island of Flores, but it’s only a 10 minute walk to the island. It’s also only about 5 minutes away from the airport by taxi, which is great! (For a great taxi use Oscar. He’s on WhatsApp + 502 40205815 —sometimes he’ll send an associate. He has great/fair prices). The hotel is also close to a supermarket and atm and the best taco place in all of Guatemala is across the street. We definitely took advantage of the pool since it was so hot!

We tried to eat dinner here one night and the service was crazy slow. 45 minutes for just a salad. Also be aware the depending when you go, there could be power outages. We went end of April and it was already getting extremely hot and the power would flicker and sometimes be off long enough that the a/c wouldn’t turn back on automatically. Not a problem except for when you’re sleeping and wake up sweaty! This wouldn’t deter us from staying again because overall everything was great! It’s just something to keep in mind.

The staff was very accommodating The hotel was clean and close to the bridge to walk across to Flores Isle. The pool is lovely as well as the common area on the second floor. The fast food chicken restaurant at the bridge is great. I think staying at this hotel is better than staying on the island.

The walls were fairly thin so you could hear the neighbors talking. Fortunately it quieted early all 4 nights. The breakfast was just okay. The double beds were comfortable but small. Unfortunately we couldn't book a king room.

Perfect location! My clean room had great AC and hot water. Steps from shopping and Flores, with amazing views. Helpful staff too!

Breakfast was a real letdown. The same, uninspired dishes day after day made it hard to get excited about the morning meal. Frankly, the food quality just wasn't there. And the coffee? Let's just say it was only drinkable when absolutely necessary.

The Hotel is well located with a nice view on the lake. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The bed is comfortable. Some rooms also have a balcony with a an an amazing view on the lake. The pool area, as well as the terrace and breakfast/dining area are cozy and offer a fantastic view on Flores and the lake. You can choose your breakfast out of different options. The service was super kind and friendly.

The location was acceptable for a hotel in Flores. Perhaps not as good as on the island itself, but this was among the best and most expensive hotels. The statt were helpful in arranging the visit to Tikal temples.

I was not happy with the reading light in the room. Also, it was quite noisy as travellers passed by all day and nith with thier suicases on trolleys.

Everything at this Hotel is amazingly Beautiful !!! The view 10/10 , food 10/10 , Rooms and beds clean and comfortable , Drinks 10/10 , my daughters loved their Cappuccino coffee Extremely recommended. Honestly one of the most beautiful hotels i have been in Peten Is 7 minuts walk to the bars and fun night areas , restaurants , taquerias and disco bars. 3 minutes in car ( just because of little traffic) But honestly is better to do a little drive / walk In that way at night time you can have the perfect peace and calm night.

Beautiful hotel and pool. There were comfortable lounge chairs around the pool. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent.

We first were assigned a lake front room that we felt smelly from the humidity. When we pointed it out to the front desk they were quick to move up to another room which was much better.

The property was absolutely beautiful, it was clean and fresh and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant was lovely.

The breakfast at times could be faster. At points you may be waiting slightly longer for breakfast so be sure to factor in if you’re taking an early tour.
