We had a lake facing room with a great view. Big comfy bed and pillows. Good location. Small but nice pool. Small but nice balcony. Good shower pressure considering we were on the 4th floor. Cleaning crew were lovely and accommodating.

Limited options in the restaurant if you don't like fish. But plenty of stuff nearby / in walking distance. On one of the days, there were limited towels available, so we went without a hand towel. The light fixture above the bed was too close to the bed and we found ourselves constantly knocking into it.

Fantastic hotel. I stayed an extra night as it was so comfy I was concerned about parking my bike ( my fault I didn't realize they had no parking) but the wonderful woman at reception said I could park my bike in the lobby from 9pm until 6am. I didn't bother, I parked it on the street like the locals, no problem. Pool is nice. Wifi is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning worked well in my room. Staff were nice and answered all of my questions. The lanchas to San Miguel are right outside the hotel. Hot water was plentiful. Relatively clean and the bed was comfortable enough.

The room is a little run down and dated. There was some dirt at the bottom of the pool but the water was clean enough to be refreshing.

The Hotel is very nice, the decoration is beautiful.

The pool wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, they didn’t change the towels every morning or clean the bedroom either.

Perfect location, friendly staff, there is a nice pool even though I had no time to try. Nice pressure in the shower

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful and checked me out at 4:30am when I had to leave for a 5 day trek. Hotel was very beautiful and clean and the rooms had excellent air conditioning and as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe.

My second stay here. The aircon wasn't working so, no problem just changed my room.

The only thing the hotel needs is lounge chairs around the pool.

Hotel was centrally located with stores and restaurants nearby. Price was perfect and the staff above and beyond friendly and helpful.
