Ac was excellent to escape the 40degree heat. Staff were friendly and helpful. We could take breakfast to go for our Tikal trip.

Outside pool was a bit grubby and had a few cigars butts floating but the inner pool was lovely!

Comfortable beds, location, pool was a saviour from the heat, breakfast included and shuttle to/from the airport. The guys working at reception were very kind and helpful.

As others have said, room could really do with a deep clean (lots of marks on walls throughout the space), my balcony door didn’t lock, one of the chairs had protruding metal and was unsafe. The bar a few doors down is really loud, but does stop around midnight.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. Location was great as it was steps away from the water, shuttle bus pick up point and restaurants. If you have a super early start to your day because of a tour, the hotel prepares a lunch bag for you; just make sure you tell them midday before or at least before the kitchen closes. I would recommend this hotel or stay here again :)

Not the cleanest (for example, top of the hair dryer was covered hy visible dust) and missing some helpful small things: mirror in the room, some hooks for hanging towels and clothes. Though the hotel is definitely not overpriced.

Great location right where the sunsets. Loved all the toiletries that were provided and also the animal shaped towels that were left each day, that was cute. Mozzy nets all in good condition. Aircon. Shower was amazing! Staff on the reception are really helpful. The pool is great place to watch the sunset.

The room needed a little TLC, maybe a lick of paint. The lamps were not in good condition and were really grubby but when i mentioned they had them changed which was great. The bar food and drinks are pricey and not that great.

This hotel was in a great location to see the sunset. Our room had a little enclosed balcony that the windows opened up. Very cute! Breakfast was good and large portions. The pool was clean but needed a little more sun to heat it up.

Rooms wernt necessarily dirty but the grout sure looked it. Rooms were basic. Cold water was actually hot water tap. Loud music most nights so ran the air conditioner to help drown out the noise.

Location is great. Be sure to get a room with a balcony overlooking the water. If you are not a sound sleeper, bring ear plugs.

I had a great room and the staff was really helpful, so I don't really have any complaints.

Very well located on the edge of the island with lakefront views and in front of the small dock to swim in the lake. Room has very good A/C and fan. Very good a la carte breakfast and close to any other thing you might need on the island (shops, restaurants, etc.)

A restaurant/bar played really loud music until past midnight regularly (not the entire night though) which would be completely heard in the rooms.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good rooms, and central location. Good A/C, and excellent cleaning staff. Very clean!

Avoid room 44 at all cost! All AC units are mounted on the other side of the wall in this room. The room was newer than others in the building, but it sounds like a motorcycle is parked outside your door. We chagned rooms and this was WAY wetter! Still some noise from outside where a clup plays some music till about 11 PM-Midnight, but the terrace doors cancel most of the sound.

The location of this hotel was suburb - it’s close to where the shuttles drop you off, and ideally located on the lakE. I had a room with a balcony from which I could see the sunset over the lake - it was magical! The pool and bar were fabulous as well, so nice to sit and have a cocktail while the sun set.

The bed was not super comfortable, and the bathroom small, but I can’t really complain. The value for money was excellent!
