Very nice hotel. Great location, multiple restaurants and bars to walk to, super convenient as it is right by the bridge to walk to mall and even a Burger King. We utilized Tuk Tuks for transportation to Megaplaza mall (very cheap and only 8 min drive away. The hotel does not provide airport transportation but a taxi was only $10 USD a person. Our king size room was very spacious, comfortable bed with thin down comforter, lockable safe, English TV, 2 water bottles a day in room, dark and quite at night. The bathroom has everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer. They changed towels and cleaned room every day. We had a shared small balcony and they even got us 2 chairs for balcony. The restaurant/bar was closed due to COVID. They have an indoor and outdoor pool as well as gated parking. Everyone at the hotel speaks English. They were able to set us up with super reasonable Tikal tour and boat tour (including a rehabilitation zoo, stop in San Miguel and the beach)around the island with pick up in front of hotel. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located on the island of Flores and most rooms have a good view of the lake. The rooms are relatively small. There is a secure parking lot next to the hotel.

The hotel has the style and flair of a hotel chain. There is nothing local. The architecture of the hotel does not fit well between the little wooden houses of the island of Flores. The bedside lamp did not work, overall the hotel makes a somewhat neglected impression.

outdoor pool not well maintained. {the lake was flooded during our stay covering parts of the town, could have been a earlier external factor causing pool issues) as indoor pool was very clean.

It is close to everything in Flores.

it lacked food service and a few details in the rooms, i.e, the faucets and toilet seats were loose and table lights were broken. It is these details that really make the difference in a stay. I will chalk it up to the appearance of some refurbishment of the hotel in general but a room shouldn’t be rented with this.
