The location was great, it was centrally located to many restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The Wifi was strong and reliable. The rooms were clean and the whole property had lush tropical vegetation which was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was not any breakfast at this hotel but, there were several nearby restaurants. I was a solo traveler and I would say the biggest issue was that the door curtains do not go the whole way to the top of the window and I did have someone looking in the window while I was in bed. I was a bit concerning so I improvised to block the rest of the window after that. My room did not include a kitchenette, just a small refrigerator. A coffee maker would have been nice. I also did not have a hammock,which I was looking forward to, so that was disappointing.

Best location on the West End, in our opinion! 1 minute to the beach where sunbeds and parasols are available. Restaurant right next door that belongs to the hotel. The room is simple and there is AC and a fridge.

That said, the room is simple. Bad pressure in the shower and the faucet in the sink would need to be descaled. Also missing a little more storage for clothes, there were only a few hangers. The rest of the clothes had to remain in the entry bag

The staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful: they answered all our questions and quick to jumpstart our car battery. The apt was very spacious for 2 people. The location is excellent: the beach is right across the road, a grocery store right next door, a sports bar 16 steps away, and restaurants and shops plentiful. Nice snorkeling in Half Moon Bay.

The kitchen and bathroom have everything but are a little tired.

My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great, there's a beach with sunbeds right in front too! And guests get a 20% discount at the restaurant. Very easy to organise transport to and from the airport and ferry terminal :)

The WiFi wasn't great but otherwise I don't have anything negative to say!

The breakfast is fantastic, freshest breads, used, pineapple marmalade, coffee exceptional, only think is we would love a have mugs instead of cups, next time I will bring two from home. Food is served hot, and serve is exceptional.

Tiny coffee cups. My husband held onto the whole cup with his hand, vs. the tiny handle.lol

Not sure about breakfast. We only ate at the restaurant once since it was expensive. We LOVED the grounds the most. Absolutely beautiful! The housekeepers were so nice. Sitting out on the porch and beach access was our favorite parts!

The beds were a little uncomfortable and our shower head was calcified so we had little water pressure during showers.

Lovely hotel, decent value, would stay again. Centrally located, across from the dive shop I used. The room itself was excellent, very spacious, nice bathroom, decent water pressure.

The only thing was that it was mango season and the huge mango tree was dropping mangos at a rate of 1-2 an hour which resulted in a loud startling bang on the roof and slimy decaying mangos on the path that were not cleaned up while I was there. Music noise from the local bar generally ended 9-10 pm

Attached restaurant was very convenient and staff quickly became friends. The mornings sitting on balcony listening to the numerous birds was very relaxing. Staff went out of there way to make sure we were happy. Location is excellent for the dive district with water taxis waiting out front for $5 per to go to west bay beach area. The attached dive shop is so easy to work with helped with everything we did fir rides and excursions. Almon and Mauricio great guys

Not super important but usually brought home leftovers to the room. Microwave to preheat in the morning would've been nice.

The hotel is what we were looking for: a small local feel right by the action but not so close it was too noisy. We were a family so we had two double rooms, one upstairs and one down. Each had an inviting porch which we used to lounge and they were set in a lush 'jungle' setting. A bonus were the animals on the property: of course many birds, agouti (large rodent, but not rat like) and some very friendly cats. The location is excellent, once you are there you don't need transportation as everything is within walking distance. There's a market next door and several bars/restaurants close by and their restaurant is very nice as well. When we first booked it we were concerned you had to walk across a road to the beach but it is not an issue as there was little traffic and the local cars add to the flavor of Roatan. You can swim and snorkel right off the beach and many dive shops offer daily dives/snorkel trips. The staff spoke English very well and were friendly and helpful. We had them arrange transportation from the airport and the driver was always right on time as we used him to take us to the ferry and back to the airport. We'd recommend you stay here.

We didn't mind it but some with mobility issues may find the walk way to the rooms a bit difficult as the path is uneven. Also there are no elevators to the second floor. As I said, we had no problems but if mobility is an issue you may want a downstairs room.

The balcony setups were cute, the air conditioning worked well and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were friendly. The location was great.

The beach chairs were worn out and there are not enough places to store things in the room and bathroom. For a short stay, this might not be an issue. .
