Exceptional!!! We traveled the world..this will be a repeat!!! Staff like family and Clean! Security tops!! Cooks tops!!! Waiters tops!!! Driver Steven tops- Punta Gorda and airport( a bonus must drive to Punta Gorda utopia!). Safety Officers were great!! View's everywhere powerful!!

Prior warning of guests mosquitoes/ I may need medical! Also a few bugs. Also becareful older building/ stale smell. Careful tile levels/step up and down dangerous/ a simple marking would help. Needed a 911 room contact- button or phone. Spiderwebs in windows/shower. Greatness outweighed everything! Thanks

We stayed 4 nights at the Caribe Teroso in Roatan close to West Bay. The resort is approx. 40 minutes from the airport so its quite easy to access by taxi or rental car. The taxi cost was $35 USD. There was a shuttle at the resort that you could hire to take you to activities or back to the airport. The costs were similar to the taxi rates. Check in: The check in was quick and easy and we were able to check in earlier as our flight arrived before the check in time. Room: We have a family of 4 so our room was a bit tight as we originally booked for 3 people. The room featured a Queen size bed and a pull out couch. The kitchen and fridge were nice to have as we bought snacks and drinks for the room. Having A/C was huge as it was quite humid during the evenings. Resort and Pool: The Pool was great and the pictures really gave you a good impression of what it was going to be like. We enjoyed lounging on the chairs and cooling of in the pool. The slides were fun for my 12 year old although they didn't slide that well. He still enjoyed climbing on the slide structure and playing in the tunnel. There was a fun swim up bar that served drinks and food. Restaurant: We ate at the complementary breakfast every morning where there was a choice of 3 meals each day. IN addition to the meals, they had coffee, tea and juice each morning. This was a great way to start the day and we found the food quite filling. We also ate at the pool side bar where there was quite a selection of entrees and meals. Overall: The resort and staff were great based on our expectations. We wanted a quieter location and this was the perfect spot for getting away from the crowds of West Bay. It was a 15 minute walk to the other side of the beach where there was great snorkeling from the beach. We also snorkeled in front of the resort and saw many fish including barracudas and schools of fish under the dock.

The dock was under repair so unfortunately we had to use the resort next door or walk 5 minutes to get a water taxi. Pretty minor issue as we liked to walk to the beach.

The property is beautiful and in the most perfect location. There is a dock from which you can take a water taxi right to and from the hotel. The rooms were quirky, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options on the menu. We had an amazing dinner on the dock one night, the food was excellent. The pool is great but swimming in the sea was even better there is a dock with steps into the water and tables and chairs right in the sea. The staff was very capable and friendly. Would come back and highly recommend the Caribe Tersoro.

Maybe a little more quiet time by the pool during the day instead of playing music all day long.

I liked that it was right in front of the beach

I didn’t like that I had reserved a room with a view to the pool which costed more ofcs! once I got there I was given a different room, completely different then the pics :( I went back and told the front lady and she said it wasn’t available do to “construction” no apology whatsoever.

Our family stayed 2 nights in West End 6 nights on the mainland and 2 nights in West Bay and my personal highlight was having breakfast on the balcony here. Right on the beach and front row view for all the boat traffic. The location is excellent as once you arrive everything is within walking distance. The staff are friendly and speak English very well, with a special shout out to Eddie and Sean, they always had a smile to greet you. The rooms were huge with a lot of personality, the air conditioning was ice cold. The food at the hotel was an added bonus and you can't beat the setting: on a pier overlooking the beach and crystal clear water.

Honestly I can't think of anything that wouldn't sound like nit picking. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

I had a king suite and it was amazing. Massive room with cool decor, water jug in the room, very comfy bed, great view of the ocean, wonderful bathroom/shower, and my own private deck on the top floor. The staff is very nice and it's located just a short stroll from all the action on the beach. My buddy stayed in a different hotel and was very jealous of mine. I've been to 65 countries and usually never go back to the same hotel, but this is one that I would.

I love everything from the service to the rooms except that the bathroom are not accessible for people that use wheelchairs it’s hard

It’s was on the beach and had a pool. Offered free breakfast.

Power went off five of the seven days we were there.

Excellent location and beautifully designed throughout. Staff were all fantastic especially Victoria, Alicia, Elda and Tracea.

Wooden wall separating our room, Topaz, to room next door,Tropical. Could hear everything but Victoria quickly resolved this and moved us to an amazing suite, Oceana, the view was beautiful

I liked the views and the bedroom

I did not like that the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible, no shower chair. Hotel needs to provide accommodation for people with disabilities also the way to the restroom is not accessible
