The location is the best spot on the island. The staff really makes the stay so comfortable as they bend over backwards to make sure even the smallest things are attended to. The smiles and “Good morning” are a great way to start your day. The rooms are well appointed and have extremely comfortable beds!

I really enjoyed the breakfast — great variety and delicious. For the price, the quality of the resort was excellent. The service was friendly and efficient, and the pool area was very nice and relaxing. The piña coladas were amazing, and the beach is absolutely beautiful — crystal clear water and great for swimming.

Honestly, nothing major to complain about. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

The Beach and snorkeling were amazing! The location was perfect. Breakfast came with our package, and it was great. Nice variety of food, fruit and breakfast options.

The only negative was that our flight home was not until 5:30. I asked if we could have a late check out, maybe 2 hours later- they charged me $50 plus tax. I thought that was a little excessive.

The facilities are absolutely fantastic and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Being down on West Bay is simply amazing. The best beach and the entertainment was very nice. Ms. Danery Fisher was so nice and accommodating to our needs that we felt almost like being home.

The deco in the rooms is a little dated

Still under construction for renovations, but wasn't bad (minimal noise, limited areas taped off) and didn't negatively impact our stay. Main areas with the pools and outdoor restaurant / bar to the beach were all fully open and beautiful.

Pool was great, beach area was clean. All inclusive buffet variety was good.

Some of the staff can act a bit snobby towards different races visiting the hotel. If you are going to party, this is not the place. It’s very family oriented.

The pool was epic and the private beach access was invaluable. The free kayak rentals were very ideal. Live shows near the bar were really cool. Restaurant on site was one of the best on the beach.

The construction at the time but that is only temporary. What they are building is really amazing.

The rooms are large and it’s a great location. And the morning breakfast was delicious with a lot of quality options.

The check in and check out process took longer than it seemed like it should. Also it’s too bad that we were there during pool construction but they did let us know ahead of time.

Our room was perfect size for 2 of us and had enough amentities to enjoy drinks in the room or on the deck. We were at the end of the resort, so there wasn't much of a view, but it was quiet and convenient to the main building for breakfast. Breakfast was provided and there were different options each day, so we were able to try something new. The pool was very large and not crowded at all. It was nice to come back from the beach and have a quick swim before heading to our room for the evening. We enjoyed walks on the beach to find places for dinner.

The only area for improvement we were disappointed at times was at the Palapa Bar by the pool. There were always plenty of servers, but we always had to beg for service and was never asked if we needed anything while standing at the bar unless we aggressively got their attention. We did have good service for dinner at the Palapa Bar restaurant seating area. I would suggest a friendly, more helpful and inviting staff at the bar.

I loved the room, house keeper, the beach, the pool, the drivers, the staff, breakfast was amazing.

The elevator to go to the dinning room is out of service and everyday I needed to go up stairs to go to breakfast and I had surgery on my knee. Some workers were rude when you spoke to them. I fell in one of the chairs outside because the chair was broken and no one from management came or call to see if I was ok.
