Better than expected! Family friendly complex vacation, lot of things to do: hiking, wellness, community room for kids with lot of toys, restaurant everything at a huge natural place. We also asked for dinner which was for 6000 HUF but worth the money! Very nice variety both for breakfast and dinner.

Hello, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Everythhing was ok. Nice wellnes. We can recomend all for acomodation.

we were there with our two kids and the facilities were great, lake side, pools and playground. the room was small but we expected it to be this small while booking. Overall it was a good stay. I did not mind sleeping on the sofa with the little one, we had 2 types of pillows which was cool. The AC worked well. The breakfast was good, not overwhelming but enough. The restaurant and the cafe close by were reasonably priced. Overall, it was a good experience.

The fire alarm had a flashing light, and it was not too comfy at night. You may want to take a first aid band along to cover it :D It is not a bad thing but you may want to know that the entire facility is large, not only hotel but motel part and cods. So it can get crowded around the common spaces.

The location is great right next to the lake and to the gondola up to the Oxygen park, the facilities and rooms are all very nice and clean. In particular the spa experience was even better than expected.

The staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful. The salt room should be part of the wellness experience. The breakfast was not great, unfortunately.

The price is the only updated aspect of this resort. Everything else needs to take a huge step into the present, particularly the manners and attitude of the personnel.

It was a very pleasant stay. There is everything to have a relaxing weekend: nice spa, very good restaurant, beautiful park, things to do around. The hotel definitely looks like it's been taken care of, well done guys!! I appreciate your effort in maintaining the high level of service. It's not very usual for Hungary. I am impressed. First hotel (and I've been to quite a few all over Hungary) where I certainly would like to come back! Breakfast was perfect, mulled wine very tasty, prices are super reasonable! People working in the restaurant are absolutely kind, charming and helpful!!! All people I met on the premises were smiling and greeting us (except the reception, they were let's say neutral).

I really loved the stay, just a couple of things, sorry for nitpicking!! Double bed is not very double :) No options to have hot tea or coffee in the room, it's a bit strange considering the high level of the service in the hotel in general. I think you should have a place with hot water somewhere downstairs or in the spa zone, where people could have hot water. We paid 900 forints for 2 teas and had to bring them from the restaurant (it was freezing outside). There was a lack of black tea in the whole hotel, we only could find Earl Grey. Although I definitely ordered a double room for 2 people but didn't mention both guests' names, in the system it looked like I ordered the room for only one person. First time in my life when I face something like that, and I never ever mentioned all guests' names. What if I order a room for 6 people with one name? :D You will be prepared only for 1 person? :)) Okay, I guess it's some booking - hotel thing.
