I always come back to this hotel with pleasure, it is in a quiet area. There is parking on site, in the underground parking lot. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff.

Coming here quite often I notice a slight decrease in the quality of services, especially in cleaning. More attention to vacuuming, because I found dirt under the beds when I separated them (they were twins). Also the bathroom looks quite dirty, especially the shower cabin. Some bathrooms should be renovated, their age is starting to show.

I liked the overall design of the hotel. It was right in the city center but still calm. The reception was always ready to help and was fast. We could buy some souvenirs at the reception that was extra for me.

It was all good, but this is what I expect from a 4 star hotel. Nothing special but delivers 4 star experience. There is no dinner option in the hotel, but they offer Fekete Sas Kavehaz(2 mins from hotel) which is worth a visit!

I always enjoy staying here for 2–3 days to recharge. The hotel is well positioned, close to everything you might need, from the pool to restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally kind, and the people serving breakfast deserve top marks. A special thank-you to the older gentleman waiter—unfortunately, I don’t know his name—but his smile and cheerful attitude are truly unforgettable!"

The hotel looks pretty new and is clean, there is underground parking if you need it. The rooms are clean and nice, comfortable beds and a nice position of the hotel in the city. There is a restaurant around the corner, as well as an ATM machine. Modern SPA, with warm water on both pools. There are 2 open showers and 2 private ones (inside the men/women bathrooms).

The bath robes would be nicer to be located in the room so that you can change in the comfort of your room directly.

We stayed at the hotel for the third time. The Hotel has good location in the city. Relatively quiet. Staff is nice, the underground garage is also great. The breakfast was perfect! Our favorite older server still working there who is always very nice to us. In the reservation we would like an extra bed, and we got it!

Cleanliness could be better in the hotel. The carpet in the corridors is quite stained, as is the room. the room looks clean at first, but a closer look reveals that it is not. In the bathroom, there is black mold next to the bathtub, and the outside of the trash can is also dirty. The previous guest must have had a dog, because the remote control was chewed apart. I don't even understand this, why didn't anyone notice this when the room was being cleaned? The wall surface under the TV cabinet was also dirty. With a little attention, it would be a very good hotel, it just needs more attention to cleanliness and renovations.

Staying at hotel Ginkgo was fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The receptionist spoke Serbian and was very helpful with everything. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable

I always stay here when I'm in transit, and I would say that everything its good, starting with quite around hotel, safe parking in hotel underground parking, good and rich breakfast and really nice personel that are more than happy to answer you at any questions.

I would not say that its a big minus because we could open the windows, but AC didn't worked. Also the carpet on the floor had stains.

The beds were super comfortable! The bathroom was spacious, with great hot showers. The curtains were almost perfect blackout style, meaning a good night's sleep. The tram train stop is very close, with good connections. Cafes and restaurants just outside.

Localization is perfect, the rooms are big enough. Staff very friendly and always helpful Parkig in the basement for the car for free

The quality of the juices at breakfast doesn't really correspond to the hotel category. The hotel could offer something better. It wouldn't be a bad idea to offer a bottle of water the first time

Really great place. Breakfast was good, staff we're nice and ready to help you with anything you need. Near to the city center. When I was there, there was a festival about 50-100 meters from the hotel, however, the room is very soundproof, I didn't hear anything.
