Kind and helpful stuff,great location in the vicinity of the old town and pedestrian area, private parking, nice interior and large room.

A water cocker would be great with cups for tea or coffee.

Great place to stay! We've stayed here two times now and both times have been a very good experience. Great staff! Fantastic breakfast!

Very friendly staff

The bathroom smelled like sewers. Probably some issue with the plumbing, otherwise it worked no problem. Once I used the shower the smell went away.

Level of English could be improved (But I could be understood and was not a problem for all simple questions)

Location is great, staff is very lovely and very responsive. Room was fantastic, spacious. Parking was easy to find. Wifi and aircon worked great too.

The breakfast was a little low quality, tasted a bit cheap (frankfurters, cold cuts and cheese).

Beautiful hotel in the historic building, reminded me of the "Hotel Budapest" movie. Helpful personel.

Everythig was pretty good except some smell from the bathrroom pipes, but it happens in historic buildings and ventilation worked well - not a big deal.

The staff is very he helpful and it's a lovely hotel.

We would have liked hot water for tea in the room. The outside traffic is very noisy nearly all night.

The cleanliness... Cleaning crew had a hard time coming to clean when our door sign was "green" (to clean the room)

the air conditioning was not working, air exchange had that fried onions smell … not good qnd one window does not lock… look I still give this hotel 10/10 because this did not affect my stay as much

We always look forward to staying at the Dorottya. We have a great stay every time. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious!
