The hotel is from an older era, which is not a problem in itself, although the atmosphere may not be to everyone's taste. The lady at reception was very professional and spoke perfect English. The hotel also has a restaurant in the same old style, which was useful as on Sunday when I stayed in Kaposvar very few restaurants and cafés were open. The restaurant is good but a little on the expensive side.

No shampoo provided, I am not a great fan of baths and shower curtains. The bells of the church opposite the hotel may disquiet those who want to sleep long.

Honestly, It was one of The best hotel where I ever stayed in Hungary . Happy and helpful staff (including receptionists and front of house ) . My room was really good size ,cooper to the now-day new hotels & spotless clean ! - so , many thanks for the housekeepers for their hard work ! The building itself a bit old, but nicely refurbished, the dining area has a bit outdated decor, but clean and comfortable ! Support this hotel with your reservation, help them to keep going as this is a really professional & nice place to stay !

The room was clean and beds were good. Refrigerator was nice and cold and air conditioner did a good job. Bathroom also looked clean and neat. Breakfast was good. Sandwiches were fresh and the fried egg was tasty. There were lots of different toppings for the bread.

The room was a little outdated with the furniture. The only thing I missed with the breakfast was the milk and the orange juice couldn't really be called orange juice. It was more like water with a flavor.

There is no air conditioning, which is not an issue in spring weather, however there are no mosquito screens, thus keeping the windows open can be problematic in mosquito / fly season. Under the bedsheet there is no extra layer, beside the fact that the sheet is susceptable to slide during someone's sleeping. In the bathroom there is only one soap container that is near the sink, far from the shower. The price is doubled since last year although the service is the same. (no heating is needed in mid-May, i.e. there is no extra energy consumption)

Basically everything! I stayed one night on a business trip. Room Ok (with Balcony and view on the really nice main square). Good WiFi, excellent restaurant with really good service. Great breakfast, attached a cafeteria with delicious cakes. I will certainly come back. I forgot also the good private parking.

Style was really beautifull. It tooks us back to 1930. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Only 2 pastries, bread, eggs, ham, sausage... but so so delicious. We would definitely return one day! Room for 3 was huge

We received a recently refurbished room, which was spacious and convenient. The location couldn't be any better.

The church-bell rang at 6:00 AM. While our room (and I assume some other rooms as well) have been recently modernized, the Hotel as a whole is somewhat old fashioned.

Excellent location in the centre of Kaposvar. Large room, very clean and well decorated. Nice evening meal with lots of choise. Off road secure parking for our m/cycles. Great breakfast.

Room was lacking a few chairs.

The location was perfect, located right on the main square. Our room had a large balcony with a view right on the square. The parking is easy to find and located right next to the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and included in the price. Friendly staff. Room and hotel were clean.

No amenities in the bathroom, only soap.

The location is great, the girl at reception was so nice and helpful, and there is cheap parking around the hotel, secure and great for motorcycles also.
