The hotel was close to the location of interest Bed was comfy. Room was clean, with working refridgerator and fresh towels. Door can be opened with phone. Air conditioning was a nice touch. Staff is very pleasant.

The bathroom light and ventilation are motion activated, so expect to move your hands a lot when showering. Our room had one skylight and a normal window that leads indoors, so poor ventilation. Room was quite small.

Location is really nice and far from street noise, surrounded by park/woods, therefore air was really good quality.

The bathroom was a bit small, but managed to cover all necessities. I didn’t like the fact that I could barely open my window over the night, so it got really warm in the room. The other room we had booked, had the window next to the outside terrace where other guests were playing table tennis, so they couldn’t sleep with the windows open either.

Due to technical reasons I was accommodated at the 4 Évszak Hegyihotel in Mátraháza. It’s about 8km from Mátrafüred. The location is beautiful and the hotel staff are very pleasant. The hotel offers good value for money.

In this hotel we could arrange only bed, breakfast wasn't included. There was an option of breakfast, but in Bistro nearby where they serve breakfast but much later than usual.

some of the receptionists had no idea what they do- wrong information passed, no attention to details. When I turned back to them, I actually brought the clock from the sauna; as neither the one inside of it, nor the one being placed outside of the sauna worked. There was no battery at the reception to replace them in the clock- it's just an example- but shows very little respect
