Nice friendly staff at the reception …

We stayed at the hotel for the second time, our child is lactose intolerant, so he eats buckwheat porridge in the morning. When we asked to boil the cereal for us, the restaurant flatly refused, citing the fact that they do not cook from products of unknown origin. I offered a new package with the date of manufacture. They refused. In all hotels and restaurants around the world they did it with pleasure. In haute cuisine restaurants they cooked it for us ... but not here. The chef in an ordinary restaurant at the hotel thinks that he is a person who can refuse food to a child ...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! One of the best things is the free airport shuttle — it's very convenient and safe, especially if you're arriving late or traveling with kids. You can easily order one at the airport from a special taxi booth. The hotel grounds are absolutely magical! There's a small pond in the courtyard, and in the evening you can hear frogs croaking. In the morning, you might spot beautiful red ornamental fish and water lilies. The terrace by the pond is stunning, with charming garden-style tables and chairs — a perfect place to relax. The swimming pool is large, with a jacuzzi area, and the main pool is very child-friendly and comfortable for families. Breakfast was excellent — a great buffet with lots of options. I especially enjoyed the grilled vegetables — surprisingly, they were my favorite! We also had lunch at the restaurant and tried the American-style beef burger — honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had. They also have a kids' menu, which is really convenient for families. The staff is very friendly, and I especially want to mention the trainee who served us during lunch — it was a pleasure talking to her. So I can for sure recommend to stay in this hotel especially with kids.

Reception staff are specialists in their field. We arrived too early and could not settle into the room yet. We were advised to spend the morning time in the water center. That's what we did. The employees of the dining hall are good, and thanks to their work, there were always free and prepared dining tables. I liked that the chef himself went to the breakfast room several mornings to get a general impression. This leaves the assurance that there is concern for the continued maintenance of quality. I also liked the attitude of the water slide employees. Some teenagers can't wait in line for the slide ring... they rush to get it, scrambling. I liked that the staff were able to establish order.

Since I am an administrative manager by profession, out of professional interest I observe how the cleaning is organized and how the technical inventory of the hotel rooms is maintained. I was very upset that the shower head was broken. The water just trickled. I solved it by changing the shower heads in the bathtub and the shower cabin. Cleaners cannot time and cannot assess the working condition of these devices. Technicians should find a way to check such equipment on the basis of a maintenance schedule.

A very relaxed vibe. - The health facilities - a large swimming pool and saunas. - The staff - very nice and knowledgeable. - The free airport shuttle - an efficient service that makes getting to and from the airport and centre of Budapest very easy. - The food - particularly dinner - homemade and local wines on the menu.

The carpet floor in the bedroom - more personal taste rather than anything being wrong with it.

I don't even know where to begin because I had one of the best stays ever! I chose this hotel for one night because it was close to the airport, and I don't regret it at all! Besides being just 10 minutes by car from the airport, the hotel is located in a serene and calm area that feels like stepping into another world! Talking about the hotel itself, I had a wonderful stay. The room was the size I wanted and was clean and tidy. All the staff, from the reception to the breakfast room, were very polite and friendly. The internet signal worked properly. The hotel also has an appealing outdoor area where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. The even more positive aspects were the amazing breakfast, the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, and the transfer service offered by the hotel to take us to the airport, with a very friendly and helpful driver. It was truly an excellent experience, and my only regret is that it didn't last longer!

The only point I have to mention, which did not affect my excellent stay, was that the mini-fridge was not working. However, we were provided with an ice bucket for our drinks. As I said, this didn't diminish my stay at all. Rating: 10/10.

Nice atmosphere, helpful staff, comfortable quiet room. We appreciated that the hotel has a good restaurant with an ample range of Hungarian wines. We flew out the next morning - it was nice that a shuttle to the airport was included in the price.

The cooling system in our room took a very long time to cool down the room. We alerted the receptionist and she indicated that the system just takes a long time. I recommend that they turn on the cooling ahead of guest arrival on hot days.

The hote, the garden with the pond and the spa were superb. A beautiful hotel and swimming pool. Beautiful rooms, a very nice early breakfast and the shuttle to the airport was very conviniant.

The electricity is the room was out of order., and there was a note in the room saying so. The receptionist didn't believe me. I had to go down to reception 4 times because the electricity went off and I was in a dark room again and again. So I unpacked Iand had to pack again and move heavy suitcases to another room in the middle of the night.They wanted to give me another room at the other end of the hotel. I am not a young lady so I refused. In the end I got a nice room nearby. No coffee or tea making in the room.

We were coming back from a trip to Asia and needed to stay in Budapest for a 24-hour layover. Stacio is not your typical airport hotel. It is very serene and has a spa with a large pool -- a great option for a family with kids that needs to stay close to the airport. We came in early, and they had a room for us and let us check in early for a reasonable fee. This is our new go-to hotel when transiting through Budapest. Well done, Stacio!
