Hi. Literally everything was perfect for me. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I was satisfied with the food quality as well. I’ll go back definitely.

Reception staff are specialists in their field. We arrived too early and could not settle into the room yet. We were advised to spend the morning time in the water center. That's what we did. The employees of the dining hall are good, and thanks to their work, there were always free and prepared dining tables. I liked that the chef himself went to the breakfast room several mornings to get a general impression. This leaves the assurance that there is concern for the continued maintenance of quality. I also liked the attitude of the water slide employees. Some teenagers can't wait in line for the slide ring... they rush to get it, scrambling. I liked that the staff were able to establish order.

Since I am an administrative manager by profession, out of professional interest I observe how the cleaning is organized and how the technical inventory of the hotel rooms is maintained. I was very upset that the shower head was broken. The water just trickled. I solved it by changing the shower heads in the bathtub and the shower cabin. Cleaners cannot time and cannot assess the working condition of these devices. Technicians should find a way to check such equipment on the basis of a maintenance schedule.

I don't even know where to begin because I had one of the best stays ever! I chose this hotel for one night because it was close to the airport, and I don't regret it at all! Besides being just 10 minutes by car from the airport, the hotel is located in a serene and calm area that feels like stepping into another world! Talking about the hotel itself, I had a wonderful stay. The room was the size I wanted and was clean and tidy. All the staff, from the reception to the breakfast room, were very polite and friendly. The internet signal worked properly. The hotel also has an appealing outdoor area where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. The even more positive aspects were the amazing breakfast, the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, and the transfer service offered by the hotel to take us to the airport, with a very friendly and helpful driver. It was truly an excellent experience, and my only regret is that it didn't last longer!

The only point I have to mention, which did not affect my excellent stay, was that the mini-fridge was not working. However, we were provided with an ice bucket for our drinks. As I said, this didn't diminish my stay at all. Rating: 10/10.

The hote, the garden with the pond and the spa were superb. A beautiful hotel and swimming pool. Beautiful rooms, a very nice early breakfast and the shuttle to the airport was very conviniant.

The electricity is the room was out of order., and there was a note in the room saying so. The receptionist didn't believe me. I had to go down to reception 4 times because the electricity went off and I was in a dark room again and again. So I unpacked Iand had to pack again and move heavy suitcases to another room in the middle of the night.They wanted to give me another room at the other end of the hotel. I am not a young lady so I refused. In the end I got a nice room nearby. No coffee or tea making in the room.

I was travelling alone with my 3 kids, so I loved the airport shuttle service as we had a short overnight stay before our flight the next day. We paid a bit extra, but it was more than worth it for the shuttle service and the excellent breakfast. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2am at the hotel. The reception were kind and welcoming, and I booked our shuttle for the airport for the next afternoon. 4 of us shared a good-sized room, which was lovely and quiet. We could see that the hotel had a great sized pool, which we would definitely utilise had we had a longer layover. The next morning, the kids ate until they were fit to burst. It was a small but plentiful breakfast made to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. When I asked what time we needed to check out, the receptionist told me there was no rush and whatever time suited!

We were coming back from a trip to Asia and needed to stay in Budapest for a 24-hour layover. Stacio is not your typical airport hotel. It is very serene and has a spa with a large pool -- a great option for a family with kids that needs to stay close to the airport. We came in early, and they had a room for us and let us check in early for a reasonable fee. This is our new go-to hotel when transiting through Budapest. Well done, Stacio!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with a regular free shuttle service making transfers easy and stress-free. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a bathrobe provided—a thoughtful touch that added to the relaxing experience. The hotel grounds feature a charming small pond and scenic natural surroundings, creating a peaceful atmosphere. It seems like a perfect spot for a relaxing spa holiday, and I’d love to return to fully enjoy the serene environment.

We like everything from the airport shuttle ride to the check out it, wonderful stay. Nice and clean room, lovely toiletries, rope and towels for wellness, which is fantastic. Breakfast is very nice. Staff is excellent. Good WiFi. Overall best stay when your flight arrives late and you just want to have a nice quick taxi to your room with a very good morning in the hotel.

Had to pay extra for a bottle of water, it would be just nice to have one free a welcome gift in the room and there is no kettle for tea or coffee etc. either, or we have not explored it.

Really nice hotel close to the airport. We booked last minute after our flight was cancelled. We made use of the pool and spa facilities which were lovely and we had the buffet for dinner which was very nice with a couple of good options for my vegetarian sister. A big bonus was the free shuttle to the airport which was booked for us at check in and arrived bang on time at 4am. There was also a small selection of breakfast items available at 4am - we didn’t have any but I thought it was a great touch.

Well appointed modern hotel, helpful staff. Extremely comfortable, clean, quiet, newly furnished room and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices. Easy to find and arrange free airport shuttle provided through Főtaxi, although ride to hotel took a bit longer than expected. Arrived rather tired after midnight and had a good night's sleep. Good choice for a night's stay after or before a flight. Would definitely stay there again.
