The hotel is at the end of metro line M3, with a big nearby shopping center named "KÖKI" (abbreviation of the name of the surrounding city part and the station of Köbanya-Kispest). There is a (quite) big open parking inside the hotel, which is free for the guests. The rooms are clean and confy, the staff is friendly and ready to help. We stayed as family there in 2014 and liked it so much that we came again in 2023. Though a little bit off the city center, it shouldn't be a problem for anyone who doesn't mind traveling by public transport. Definitily a good value for the money.

The lift in the hotel is not barrier-free - there is a small portion of stairs between the lift and the ground floor (where the reception is). That might be a problem for anyone with heavier luggage, strollers or the elderly or dissabled persons.

Room was clean and nice. Loved the complimentary snacks, coffee, water and tea in my room. Wi-Fi was free, fast with good connection. Also free parking for the guests. Breakfast for 10e was really nice and worth its price. Close to the airport and there is shopping mall within walking distance.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillow as well. Shower cabin is a bit on a small side for a person like me (190cm). And maybe the biggest complain was that at night it gets a bit noisy the walls are thin and you can hear the TV, phones and people talking next to your room. Maybe I'm just nit picking at this point but we should all strive to be the best possible versions of our self's.

- The AC was not working. But I must admit that I didn't ask the staff to do something about this, because the stay was only for 1 night. Later I stayed in another room where the AC worked just fine - It's a bit noisy to sleep with the window open, because there's a busy street with much traffic nearby. - No barrier-free access, you need to go up a stair in order to get to the elevator

Hotel is in strategic location. Subway/bus station, shops, restaurants 200 m from accommodation. Private parking has enough places for cars. Very friendly and kind staff. Great breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, vegetables, joghurt, salty and sweet pastries, cheeses, ham, cereals, spreads, milk, coffee, tea, juices everything what you need. Rooms was clean and big enough, there was everything for calm and good stay, everyday cleaning. In the hotel is possible left luggages or stroller in locked storage space. If we will come to Budapest again we will use the hotel again.

Single beds could be bigger, but you can sleep on it. We had standard twin room and for higher and bigger people could be beds problem.

Breakfast was lovely, always empty at 7am when I like to eat. Had the place to myself. Plenty of selection and the property were very gracious and supplied me with vegan yoghurt as well. So very kind. Myself and my friend were given a very generous breakfast bag when we had to leave super early in the morning for the airport. Location was perfect (umbrellas available), outside the main city but train/tube rides seemed to be super fast coming back and forth. Location is right beside a shopping centre with great shops / korean skincare located as well / got my nails done inside the mall as well. (Transport hub for buses to airport and trains to the city located inside the mall!) Please for your own entertainment, kids or no kids, go to the Dino Park on top of the Mall. Use your phone to translate the explanations - someone has a sense of humour! A special mention to the assistance of the staff here. I had an item of clothing sent to me to use during my stay, I had however inadvertently left before it arrived (timing on my part was off somewhat!). Therein started the issue of getting back to my non EU country - the staff at this hotel were exceptional, patient and very kind. I successfully got my item back within a month. I will be forever grateful for their help and wouldn't hesitate in recommended this hotel.

The initial room I booked was a single room but man alive it was small. My friend eventually swapped with me which I appreciated but be aware if you are travelling with baggage this might be what you are expecting - its bijou, value for money, bed is super comfortable but just be aware.

Perfect place if Budapest is your intermediate location to your destination. We stayed 2 nights and did check in and check out at late/early hours, which was perfectly fine with the hotel, as they have someone there full time. Location was perfect because we had options to get there from train station, but also back to the city center for a quick visit and still close enough to the airport. Worth it, definitely! You have plenty of shops that you might find useful for your stay ( there s shopping center at 5 min walking center ). You’ll get some free beverages in the fridge and not only, which is pretty nice as well!

It tends to be quite noisy if you get a room that’s oriented to the main street, the windows are not isolating the noise too well. But that wasn’t such a big thing for us. As suggestions for improvements, I would have found it useful to have an ironing machine in the room, but to be honest I didn’t ask at the reception if they can provide. it was Not a big inconvenient either and knew that it wasn’t listed as facility when booking, so not a big deal either.

I loved the hotel, cosy, very clean. Lovely staff. Cleaners were brilliant, Always changing our towels etc. Bravo. Optional breakfast was lots to choose from and worth the 9 Euros Truly!! Excellent spot leading to the center and metro so straightforward and easy. This hotel is only 15 mins on uber from the airport but there is also blue bus 200E which goes to airport directly. Awesome There is a huge mall 2 mins from the hotel with Everything inside. The metro is inside it. Perfect area in Budapest for sure. I wanted to stay longer. The food and surroundings reminds me alot like Poland 🇵🇱 near by . 😍😍💯 Haha didn't know the Polish snatched their many menus and kept it😆😆🇵🇱🇭🇺

Overall, just Superb place to visit and enjoy with family or friends or colleagues. My Only wish as couples I would like the room a bit Bigger😄👌🏽 Oh didn't like this oldish blower or heater, as to pur it on a bit complicated said my husband👀🙃😳It took some time but we told them and someone came to fix it. Just normal heaters will be best please 🙏🏾 Thank you

The hotel is located not far from the metro. There is also a shopping mall and a bus stop nearby (the bus goes to the airport). For me, the connection to the airport was important, as my flight was early in the morning. This place is a great option for a one-night stay. If I were staying for a longer period, I would choose a hotel in the city center. The staff were pleasant and courteous.

Check-in at the hotel is from 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, we couldn’t check in earlier, which was a bit inconvenient, but we understand that rules are in place for a reason.

My stay in the hotel was for 4 days. Quick check in, quick check out. Reception was already informed about my special needs I informed about before my arrival. Great overall opinion about reception staff, the also speak english very good. Room was very clean, more than average standard, tv, set for making tea and coffee, snacks and sweets. Many choices for breakfast, as well sweet as salty, hot drinks, cold drinks, restaurant also very clean. Hotel offers also take away breakfast, what in my opinion deserves super reward.

The hotel is clean and the location is convenient for the metro acess. It also has free parking. There is a small fridge in the room which is quite practical. There is a shopping center just on the other side of the nearby avenue next to the metro station, so it's very convenient to get anything you need. The staff was polite and friendly. There is AC in the room.

The room is small, though this is something that's clearly stated in advance when booking. The bathroom fan is a bit loud.
