Good location, close to subway station. Room with everything in place, air condition available. Tasty breakfast. Parking lot available inside courtyard, with surveillance.

The private parking is quite expensive, but it was expected to be. You can also park on the street, but for foreigners the only payment option is with coins (no credit card or SMS). Also, you can only pay for maximum 3 hours at a time, you must come back and pay the next 3, etc. On Saturday, Sunday and non-working days the street parking is free of charge, but there might be exceptions (sometimes weekend days might be declared working days by the government).

The hotel is on a quiet street so the rooms are probably quiet on both the street and courtyard sides. The location is close to the bus station. Be sure to use public transportation to get around the attractions. Budapest is practically impossible to get around on foot. I recommend day passes, and if you are over 65, transportation is free. The room was reasonably large, had AC, a fridge, and a coffee/tea maker. Clean. In the evening you can go to a concert at MÜPA, which is not far away. I definitely recommend it for a multi-day stay.

Minor drawbacks are the poor selection of buffet breakfast, only one towel (I didn't ask for an extra one because I didn't need it).

The hotel is in a quiet place and it’s generally quiet inside. It’s clean and staff were very helpful. There was a kettle and hairdryer in the room which is great. Plant milk for breakfast was a very nice surprise.

The only downside for me was not enough vegetables for breakfast and not my type of ham. But I eat a lot of veggies and am picky when it comes to hams, so perhaps an average person wouldn’t have a problem with that. The hotel is pretty far from the centre - it may be a problem for some people (for me it wasn’t because I had a business not far from the hotel).

I really liked Gloria hotel including location. It's a really nice, warm and comfortable little hotel with reasonable price and friendly staff. I really liked it. The breakfast is very good anyway, I only wish there was a bit more choice for vegetarians.

Maybe just some small things like the hairdryer didn't work, the soap dispenser on the sink didn't work, and it would also be very nice if the phone charger was near the bed. I ordered separate beds and got a double bed. Room no. 19 that I got was right next to the stairs and the elevator, so it was noisy most of the time. But despite that, I like the hotel.

The room was clean, the facilities were adequate, the staff was friendly throughout the stay. The breakfast was very tasty and the hotel area and the entire facility were tidy. And there are many restaurants and grocery stores around the hotel.

The accommodation is further from the centre of Budapest (about 30 minutes by tram). But the stop is a few minutes from the hotel, so it's not that difficult to get around.

Clean, quiet, sunny and cozy room with a garden view. Very good breakfast with usual items plus an excellent paprika spread. A very agreable, green and quiet area, but within (a bit longer) walking distance from tram, bus and metro. As close to the city center without actually being in city center (and thus far more expensive) as possible. A very friendly helpful, able, and english-speaking staff.

To me, all was every inch perfect :-)

The area where the hotel is located is very peaceful and quiet, there wasn't much traffic. Even though the room was very small, it was very clean. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options - from sweet to savory! There is an elevator, so you don't have to take the stairs with yout bags.

The bathroom was a bit older, could do with a renovation. It was very hot in the room, and even though it had AC, we didn't want to turn it on, as it was directly opposite to the bed. Also, the curtains didn't really block out the light - it didn't bother us, but it might bother others.

The rooms looked good and overall clean. The hotel is in a calmer area of the neighborhood so not too much traffic noise. The staff was very respectful and always accommodating of any requests.

Loud guests so with the thin walls resulted in poor quality sleep even after the staff intervened multiple times. Stayed here multiple times and while it is usually clean i did find a quite “neglected” toilet seat, not so nice when you realize what you’re sitting on.

I stayed here two nights. The hotel is really nice and cozy, the room was a good size and very clean. I appreciated the kettle in the room and the teabags/coffe there too, really handy. The staff was helpful and spoke in English. The breakfast was good too, good choice. It is not located in the city centre but I have chosen it due to its proximity to the bus station, anyway the metro station is some 10 minutes walk from the hotel and in 3-4 stops you are in the centre so I had no issue with regard to this. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, looked safe. Would come back again.

The breakfast was good but I think it was a bit overpriced (10€).

Quiet location and very friendly staff

The shower door was broken (however it was an easy fix). It’s also worth knowing that the standard rooms do not have aircon (although the hotel did provide us with a fan) and it is also pet friendly so you may hear dogs barking (however we did not hear this while we were trying to sleep).
