Given the low price, location was excellent, just about 10 mis. walk from metro/train (incl. IC) station that has direct connections to the airport (bus 200E) and Nepliget bus station. Safe car parking inside makes this an ideal location for most travellers. Self check-in via QR code sent by the owner over email. Owner was there from 9am, cleaning rooms etc., not disturbing clients at all, but ready to help if needed. I will be happy tonreturn here, hopefully also checking a swimming pool with sauna in the middle of the way to/from metro/train station.

Just to note there is not any other way to open both the gate and room door than via QR code in the telephone. So it makes sense to haave a powerbank, or addittional phone, but more importantly to always have a phone with you, especially in case of solo travellers in thr single room.

I arrived late night at the airport (midnight) after a 16 hour flight and would do a 3 hour drive. Instead of driving at night, I choose to rest here. It was sufficient to my needs.

It was not a problem for me but I got worried about the need of having a cellphone every time you enter your room. If something happens to your phone (dead battery, etc) when you go to the bathroom (which is out of your room) late at night, you wouldn't know who to call. There seems to be no one else at the property other than guests during the night. The only contact with the owner is through cellphone. If you are locked out of your room because of a dead phone, you wouldn't be able to enter the room and neither to call for help. For me, it was ok for a night. I would stay there again under the same circumstances (quick break before travelling).

Good sized room with a table and 2 chairs which were handy. The room had no aircon but had an opening window in the roof that was almost as good, allowing a cooling breeze at night so there was no trouble sleeping. The beds were very comfortable. The whole place was very clean.

The stairs to the second floor are very steep so would be an issue for anyone with restrcted mobility. I'm not a fan of the phone QR code to get access to the room . It relies on your phone being kept charged and not having any issues. My phone screen froze at one stage and another time the battery in the door lock went flat so was locked out for a while. The staff were very helpful and soon had the problem sorted.

I chose this place because of the cost, this was probably why it was so far out of town. Luckily there was a modern 3 storey shopping mall 10 mins walk away. Plus a train station where we were able to buy a ticket from a machine with an English option and take a train into the city centre. There was a fridge, kettle and microwave on the ground floor.

Room was very hot, we had to prop the door open to get some fresh air.

I can definitely recommend this place for a short stay, especially for solo travellers who do not prefer hostels. My room was exactly as in the description and everything was clean and tidy. The host warm and very helpful. The WiFi is good and a kitchen is available if one prefers to cook. There is a SPAR supermarket nearby where one can get groceries and essentials. Jáde Panzió is located close to the Metro line and therefore offers good public transport connectivity to the city.

Nothing much. Overall, it was good.

The location is accessible and easy to find. The metro station is near, approx. 500 meters. We bought a group ticket for 5 people for 1 day for the public transport for 5000 HUF and went sightseeing by foot. We used the free private secure parking. The studio was with 4 beds, 2 in each room and the rooms are separated by a door. The key is digital so you must have a phone.

The blankets are not packed in sheets. It might be cold if the central heating is not on. We had extra blankets and we were ok.

The excellent location, close to the metro (M3) and train and also a big mall The car could be parked in the garden, safely behind a fence. The kitchen facilities in the room where enough to prepare breakfast.

Although overall it was great, we did miss a comfortable chair or sofa to sit in. Something to chill in after a day off strolling trough Budapest. There are chairs, as well in the room as on the patio, but they are ment for to sit up straight ;)

One of the closest accommodations to the airport, just need to walk 10 mins to Kobanya Kispest and take 200E bus from there to the airport.

on-line check-in using notebook did not work. Except this there were stupid questions, e.g. "Full name of your mother". Guest is expected to have a mobile with working camera in order to be able to take a photo of a QR code which serves as a key to open doors. I think that a QR code printed on paper should be given to guests for any case, e.g. for the case of guest mobil's malfunction.

The facilities are nice and comfortable, the owner also is very nice because I once forgot my phone to open my room and he helped me to open my room. The wifi is also fast. Though it is a bit far from the city center but there are a lot of bus stop and tram nearby.

Probably check the facilities again because I got broken fan to use. Luckily it was not that hot when I came so it did not bother me a lot.
