Unfortunately WIFI at the 2nd floor/apartment 7 did not work well - but staff offered me another option that worked a bit better It was louder than expected, e.g. due to air traffic Some small: improvements: Provide more kitchen accessoires (there's plenty of room for it) and exchange the mini towels to taller ones

This place is a gem. I ended up there accidentally, but I can’t be thankful enough to have found it. The atmosphere reminded me of ould Hungarian times when Hungarians were famous for their hospitality. I felt like a real guest — not just a visitor or a business opportunity. Their kitchen is awesome, and I definitely recommend it to everyone. I travel a lot worldwide and visit Hungary quite often, but I’ve never been this satisfied with an accommodation before. If I ever get the chance to stay with them again, I absolutely will.

The only difficulty I found was with parking. Unfortunately, the street-side parking is paid, which wouldn’t have been a problem if you didn’t have to extend the parking period every 4 hours. However, there’s a Park and Ride nearby, so it’s not a serious issue. I didn’t use it because I had to drive frequently.

The room was quite spacious and comes with everything you can expect from a BnB. The staff was very nice and helpful, if you had any request or question they were happy to help! Most people speak English or German, so it's easy to communicate. The restaurant right underneath the rooms is something very good to have as it serves breakfast, lunch and dinners, for a very fair price. 5 minutes walk to the bus and the metro station. Has a huge Tesco right next door so it's very handy if you need to buy something. No complaints about the place nor the people!

The Ventilator box of the air conditioner outside of the building would make quite a loud noise sometimes with the turbines working, it definitely needs some replacement. So it's something to take into consideration if you're especially sensitive to (background) noises.

The location has an very good connection to the city center as well to the airport… comfortable room with all needed amenities, equipped small kitchen if you like to prepare your own food.. very comfortable bed, everything clean and cosy. A small veranda is up to your use too. Air conditioning as well available. For the asked price a very good deal. As an restaurant downstairs, I preferred to take a meal there, reasonable quality for an small price, good and tasty ( kind of Gulasch ), but lots of of choice for other combinations… I came with car, outside plenty of room to park, but take a cheap parking ticket to avoid a fee ( anyway, cost only 2400 HUF, around 6 Euro 😊) The managing people is very kind and always in charge for you… so nice… Breakfast was up to my choice, scrambled eggs with ham, good 100 % bottled orange juice, and an fantastic coffee. Definitely a “come back location “

Just minor work outside to install some roofing for the terrace of the restaurant, but not a big deal… But have in mind the restaurant downstairs, the closing time is around 11 pm… For me it was ok, I don’t like cemetery atmosphere 😊

Staff were brilliant. Not all of them speak English, and I didn’t speak any Hungarian. But Patric especially was fluent and super friendly and a really nice guy. For reasons too complicated to go into here… I ended up moving apartments TWICE!! All were fine - but here’s my views on all of them. Apartment 4 for three nights… was ok. IF you want self catering do not stay in 4, no kitchen at all. Only a m wave and kettle. However, fantastic shower.😊😊 Apartment 7 for 3 nights much better with a kitchen… but only just enough crockery/ cutlery for one . Shower over the bath, but if you’re 6 ft like me…. You gotta bend double to get the top half of your body wet!! Apart 3 lovely but weird layout!! Also, like 4 no kitchen, just microwave and kettle. Also shower over bath, BUT no shower screen or curtain. Prepare for water to go everywhere!! Also another low shower head. They must be short in Budapest… but I didn’t notice that!! Also food in the cafe/restaurant was basic traditional Hungarian but lovely and great value

Quiet nights Very clean Cheap price for Budapest in the month of May

WiFi practically non existent (very weak. You can use it 5 minutes in an hour). Breakfast is very poor which is surprising because it was very good when I last stayed there about a year and two months ago. The kitchen is an absolute joke (there is nothing there which is useful. There is not even a kettle which in hindsight is a good thing as there are also no mugs (!)

Good location; quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes walk to metro station where you can take a train to get to the city centre in only 8 minutes. Decent breakfast with freshly cooked egg varieties. Rooms with moderate facilites yet comfortable. Has a nice and popular restaurant within the facilities where you can try local dishes served by nice people.

Room and bathroom facilites could be improved but is still comfortable this way. The hotel's restaurant is creating a constant smell which could be a little bit too much at times.

Nice place, near metro station, which makes it very easy to get around. The studio was a bit smaller than i expected from the pictures, but perfectly equipped with everything, the bathroom was pretty nice and very clean as well. The staff was very polite, had a great time staying here.

Wasn’t the biggest fan of the mattress softness, but i tend to be very picky with them. The walls are on a thinner side, so i woke up a few times during some nights, as i heard a lot of noise around.

Excellent location for anyone arriving in Budapest with a car, easy outdoor parking at the metro station, no height restriction and camera surveillance. 10-15 mins by metro to the city centre. We loved our stay at the apartments and ate at the restaurant every evening and breakfast. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a hassle free break. Lovely owner who speaks excellent English. Thank you.

The room is absolutely gorgeous, the bathroom is gigantic and pristine. Everything inside the room is beautiful. The most amazing thing was the staff, Mr. Laszlo is super kind and really cares about his customers. The location is very convenient, 2 mins walk from the metro station. 7 mins far from the city center. Thank you so much for having me. I will definitely come back to this accommodation. 😁
