We liked the location: a calm street near the park with a big playground, nice historical villas around. Staff was very friendly. Clean and well equipped room. Swimming pool is a nice bonus. Extra towels were available. Breakfast was good and served in a nice place. Tea in the room may be helpful. To use an elevator one should use the card key, which gives some assurance about security.

When we arrived, the windows were opened and there was no sing of central air conditioning working. Neitehr we also found a remote control for the room aircon and the aircon itself. It was not possible to lock the bathroom door as the key was missing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. What stood out the most was the exceptionally friendly and helpful restaurant staff – their warm attitude made every meal a real pleasure. I also really appreciated that access to the wellness area and swimming pool was included in the price of the stay, which added great value and comfort. Another highlight was the peaceful indoor patio, a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, a great experience with thoughtful amenities and outstanding service.

Wellness included in price is really good deal. We used it almost every day! Room was clear and quiet. We had balcony with pretty nice view on a church in front of Hotel.

However breakfast was tasty, organization is something missing when there is "fullhouse". We got seet place but when we returned back with a meal it was alredy taken by somebody else. Dishis on both sides made "traffic-jam" in a middle of food table, maybe it could be on one side so people will go to take their meals in the one (same) direction. Simmilar issue happens when people are waiting for their juice. They basically blocking tenders in their job, maybe move juice automat to different place could help too.

I truly enjoyed my stay there. The staff is wonderful and polite, always ready to help. The room was very clean. Breakfast: in line with expectations. Location: Plenty of transportation options, about a 15-minute walk to the train station and metro. Nearby, you'll find shops and cafes, and there's a large shopping mall just behind the station. While it's not in the very heart of the city, it’s a good choice if you don’t mind using public transport o taxi — otherwise, it’s around a 45-minute walk to the center.

I usually had breakfast early in the morning when the dining area was almost empty, but one day I came at 9 AM, and it was very crowded. There weren’t enough seats, and people were waiting in line, hoping for a spot. During the day and evening, the restaurant operates in both "buffet" and "à la carte" modes, allowing you to choose. I opted for the buffet, and to my surprise, the only drink included was water — I had expected at least coffee as well. The SPA is quite basic. The sauna felt a bit cool for my taste, but perhaps that was because I arrived right after it opened, and it hadn’t had enough time to heat up properly. Anyway it's a good place to stay there.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of vegetarian options, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The parking garage (20€/night) is very convenient, and while the spa is small, it’s a cozy space to relax after a long day of exploring. The location is perfect—on a quiet street yet only 20 minutes by public transport from the city center.

I would appreciate having water or tea available in the spa area, as staying hydrated after the sauna is important. Additionally, despite leaving towels off the ground to avoid unnecessary changes (as instructed by the bathroom sign), the housekeeping changed them all anyway.

The location is relatively good. It's close to several tourist attractions. The remaining ones are quite far away, but accessible by transportation. The staff is definitely the best part of the offer - very kind, accommodating, and professional. The breakfast can certainly fulfill the most diverse wishes and is at the level expected of a hotel. The hotel also offers a small internal restaurant - the selection of dishes is modest but certainly sufficient, and the food is prepared tastefully at a very reasonable price. The cleanliness of the hotel is at a high level. The room isn't very large, but it meets the standards.

There are no particular complaints

Lovely hotel in good location on outskirts of main tourist area. Situated next to the most beautiful park ever. Worth a visit. Very good restaurants & bars in area at much cheaper than tourist prices. Comfortable large room top floor with balcony. Clean & serviced daily. Good breakfast selection, plenty of choice. Staff in general professional & polite with the exception of girl waitresses at breakfast who were not particularly helpful or friendly.

Everything was very good. Location is great, close to the stadion, concert hall, big park and Millennium square. In 200 meters (one bus stop) there are non-stop shop and bus stop with a ticket machine, so you can buy tickets for public transportation. Nice and friendly staff. Tasty food for breakfast and good coffee. Clean rooms, large, and comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Church is across the street from the hotel, but we didn't hear morning bells. We were very satisfied with our accomodation.

Shower cabin in the room is a bit small for my taste. Could have more power outlets in a room for charging phones and gadgets. Parking space is tight for 3 SUVs. Pool has a short open hours.

This is great little hotel with 6 floors and a lift, in a quiet street not far from the city center. The staff are very friendly both at reception/bar/cleaning. We loved the breakfast bufet was very yummy and also the dinner in the restaurant. The rooms are quiet, the shower is modern. Overall clean.

This time we found a sock on the lampshade next to the bed when we moved in the room. The matraces could be more comfortable. My son found millions of bugs on his mobile, coming from the plant next to the poolside bed, after he came out of the pool, we were told the plant will be removed but it was not.

The hotel is very well positioned, close to Teleki station (10 minutes walk). The restaurant was very good. Very good breakfast. The room was big enough for 3 persons. Available parking places.

The room cleaning was not at a 4 stars level. More like a 2 stars hotel. In five days stay, they cleaned only once our room. The dust was not wiped from the furniture. We had to do it. It is unacceptable - at 150 euro/night.
