Everything was picture perfect, verynice helpful staff, welcome Drink, elevator, very elegant stylish abd clean suite with comfortable double bed, air conditioning, breathtaking view of HeroesSquare and the Museum of Fine Arts as well as rhe Buda mountin and the Castle from our rooftop terrace, especially at nigt with a large jacuzzi illuminated, a sauna box, a memorable amazing experience with comfortable terrace furniture, blankets. We had our dinner there. On the ground floor there is a nice restaurant, their pizzai is very delicious. On the groznd floor there is a Dr chen medical centre with various Chines treatment and remedies available in their shop there. Széchenyi bath is a five- minute walk, the House of Music, the Zoo are must see in the safe Varosliget Park with little restaurants around , highly recommended. recommended. You can see many othere thingas there within walking distance.

We are experiencwd travellers and all what we can say is that everything was perfect.

The hotel is in an incredible location, close to one of Budapest's most famous tourist attractions. What's more, it's extremely easy to reach by metro or bus. For us, as a group of six, both location and access to public transport were very important. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the service was also very good. The breakfast was very varied.

Although we liked the hotel very much, when we checked in we were told that all the rooms were the same, even though they weren't on the same floor. However, the bathroom in the room on the third floor had a ceiling cut-out in place of the shower, and to bathe standing up, you had to lean over. And one of the rooms on the second floor didn't have a bath, although the other two did. None of this detracted from our stay, but we couldn't say that the rooms were the same.

The staff were super accommodating. The hotel room floor was the cleanest one I've seen in a hotel. And all my requests for changes about the room were met - thankyou!

It didn't have any courtyard or garden onsite, but there is a park across the street. Also, you need to have an consultation appt offsite to get a massage at the hotel, which is not very practical.

Hotel is at the great location. Breakfast was very good, everything is clean and room we've been to is spacious.

If you're arriving with a car there will be a parking problem, cause you can't reserve the hotel parking and there are not enough parking places. Parking on the streets near the hotel is forbidden from 18 to 7, so we were searching for a parking place for half an hour. We've found a parking place 12min walk from the hotel. Also, toilet seat in our room needs to be fixed (I also saw that comment from another person). It is moving while you are seating on it.

Location is perfect, near the Heroes Square with many public transport options available. Room was spacious and neat, although one of the windows didn't close properly which let in some noise from the street. Breakfast was good and although it didn't have many options, the ones available were good. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, the answers to our questions were objective and really useful.

Although we mentioned the problem with the window, it did not get fixed during our stay at the hotel. It was not a major problem but it would have been nice to have the problem fixed as requested. Nothing else to mention other than that.

Reception friendly attitude, explaining the routes to sightseeing places and showing main routes to the city center to find available facilities. The reception representative offered a cup of tea upon my arrival at the hotel. The staff was excellent. Metro station is 2 mins walk from the hotel, train takes you downtown just in 10 minutes.

Overall it is a great place to stay, yet I would like to point out some cons during my stay there: The breakfast plates were not quite clean. The toilet lid in my room was unstable.

Perfect location, close to the entrance of the beautiful city park, and also 2 minutes walking distance to M1 metro line. The breakfast was good enough, too. Good air conditioning in the room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Webwre allowed tonckeck-in a couple of hours earlier as we arrived in the morning

It's a bit noisier if you like to sleep with windows open, but thankfully, the air conditioning does a good job. There are no disposable slippers, which was strange for a 4-star hotel, but anyway, we always bring our own.

The room, though small, was well-maintained and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, conveniently situated close to public transportation, making it easy to get around and experience the area. The breakfast was another highlight, offering fresh options.

Despite the overall positive experience, one downside was the noise from the neighbouring room. However, this wasn't the fault of the hotel, which did everything right; it was simply an unfortunate situation caused by the behaviour of the neighbours.

Such a wonderful experience, Ariena and David was very helpful in assistance with places to eat and tours. Ariena was attentive on aiding me and my boyfriend with all the hotel has to offer especially with the (Tea set) even though we were unable to receive them due to no inventory at the moment. One of the best hotels yet and its all because of the amazing people that assist in such a wonderful place. Not to mention how very clean it was to. Breakfast was great consistent with flavor and verity every day. Also very clean as well. Have to check out the shop the have right in the hotel lobby amazing place. We are looking forward to returning due to how polite, professional this place is

Absolutely nothing

The Hotel I well located next to a couple of sights and also a famous spa. The Hotel itself is nice, the staff is very helpful and 24/7available. Breakfast could have more options and the orange juice is just water! The room was really nice. Huge balcony, a big comfy bed and the room had a decent sice ...... Amazing was that we needed to leave at 4am and they prepared breakfast for takeaway which we found amazing. Overall the city is spectacular when you are interested in architectural buildings and this hotel is a very good place to stay!

The only thing I did not like was the shower because the shower heat is way to low. I think the max. height is 170cm
