Very good location on one of the nicest boulevards, close to various embassies. It was pretty quiet overall. The room had a high ceiling and It was nice and breathable. The staff were nice.

I would not call it a 4-star hotel as the breakfast is really quite modest, below average in terms of variety, it would benefit if it had more fresh vegetables, some sugar free, keto sweets, the coffee was not good, it would help if it were from a local coffee roastery, I think it would be appreciated and it would be expected from a 4-star hotel. The smell in the bathroom is quite pungent before you get used to it. The towels had some stains on it, like they were not completely clean, so were the bed sheets. So overall, I would say that if it is a 4-star hotel, you would expect everything to be at least clean and nice smelling, that is all.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the metro station and close to an absolutely beautiful park (perfect for jogging!). The design is lovely, beds are comfortable, windows have great soundproofing, and there’s just enough storage room. We liked the outdoor garden for breakfast too. We also received the room colour we requested at booking, and we appreciate it. Overall we are very happy with the choice, it was a good value for the price we paid, and a great place to stay location-wise in Budapest!

- the fan in the bathroom was working noisily 24/7, when we reported it to the receptionist, (long story short) he looked at us as if we were idiots and was unable to solve the problem, - people who said there was a great variety at breakfast probably have never stayed at hotels with great variety at breakfast; it’s true the hotel tries to add new ingredients every day though, but I would say the breakfasts were „good enough”, - the room was generally very clean but the curtains had some disgusting stains on them — time to wash them asap! - if you want to sleep with windows open, it may not be possible due to very high street noise.

Our stay was extremely pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The hotel is pretty, small and cozy. The room was spacious and comfortable, even the shower was super comfy (which is unusual for hotels :D). Location is perfect, metro station is close by, so it is very easy to go to the city center. Breakfast is quite standard but tasty nevertheless. The staff was also very friendly.

It would be great to have a mini fridge in the room. The duvets were very warm to my taste so I was getting too hot during the night, had to keep the AC on.

The location on beautiful boulevard and the building in which the hotel is located having a very nice architecture. Very good room size, nicely decorated and very comfortable overall. However being located at the 3rd floor and on the front of the building, even if the balcony is large and with outdoor sitting you cannot enjoy the view of the boulevard as the facade of the building is very high. Nice breakfast which can be enjoyed outsite in the beautiful garden. Parking was easy in front of the hotel with lots of other places up and doen the street. Also, being a public parking it had a good price. On weekend it was free.

No minibar in the room and no complementary bottle of water, which is unusual for 4 star hotel. Having a vending machine at demisol level (same level with breakfast area) is more like a 3 star hotel. Also, the bar at the hotel closes at 9.30pm so not of much help either.

The hotel is located in a good and clean neighbourhood. It is close to a road but you don't hear anything when you are inside the hotel. The nearest hop on hop off bus stop is about 5 - 10 minutes walking from the hotel (Heroes square). The city centre is about 25 - 30 minutes walking from the hotel. The metro station is 150 meters from the hotel. In the direct area of the hotel are not many restaurants but that wasn't a problem for us. It's about 15 minutes walking to the area with more restaurant options. The hotel staff is very polite and helpfull. They speak very good English. Breakfast is amazing! Every morning a different variety: scrambled / boiled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereals, steamed vegetables, cheese, smoothies, pastries etc. Our room was clean, cosy and spaceous. You didn't hear any sounds from surrounding rooms. Excellent beds and a very good shower! Overall, a very nice and clean medium size hotel in a good and quiet area, with very good facilities! We will stay here again the next time we will visit Budapest.

Just one small thing; one of the curtains in our room didn't close fully but that wasn't a big problem for us.

As I mentioned during check-out, I travel a lot, and hotels usually don’t impress me as much as this one did. The amenities, the quietness, the balcony view, the comfort, and the responsiveness of the staff were all outstanding. I really needed an iron, and although the receptionist informed me that they were currently all in use, they promised to do their best to find one. And voilà—within 10 minutes, an iron and a full-size ironing board were delivered to my room! The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, the bed was large and comfortable, the coffee machine and safe were great—all in all, everything was excellent. The only thing I missed was a mini-fridge or a bottle of water, but that’s not a critical issue. The breakfasts were simply amazing, with a huge selection of delicious dishes and unlimited coffee made from fresh beans! I was thrilled! I will definitely recommend this hotel and will return here the next time I’m in Budapest!

Everything was very nice, neat and clean. Staff helpful, breakfast rich, full variety of everything. We liked coffee machine with coffee capsules in the room - it was free of charge, what a nice touch. Someone can find location further from city center (walk dist. 15minutes), but for us it was ok + it is very near the Heroes place with large park.

Hotel doesnt have their own parking (understandable with that perfect location), but they send us all helpful information about parking possibilities, which was very helpeful. In near streets you can park for only 3hours max, but 5 minutes away (slow walk) you can find safe and cheap carpark, so no problem at all.

The hotel is in a great location, Andrássy Street near Hero's square. There's plenty public transportation options around, a metro station, bus, and tram so getting around will be easy. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, since it's mostly embassies nearby. The hotel itself is very well decorated, I loved the color scheme of the room I stayed in!

No fridge/minibar in the room. If you have some extra drinks you want to keep cold you're out of luck. It's extra inconvenient because there are no supermarkets in the close vicinity.

Very beautiful hotel! Nice building, historic and romantic vibe with beautiful colors and decoration and a lovely garden. Had more expectations regarding the bedroom which was small, had no space to open our luggages and no fridge or water in the room, however we asked for water and they brought us a bottle of water. The breakfast was nice. The location was ok, if the weather was nicer would be better to walk more to the city centre but with taxi 10min we went everywhere! There is a metro station 2min walk but we didn't used. Generally our staying at Alice Hotel was really nice!

Decorators in the hotel started early morning with loads of noise. Food was very poor - breakfast is nothing like the great suggested & the jacket potato in the evening was a disgrace , overcooked and only a smattering of promised cheese. Lots of stains and scuff marks on the furniture and whilst it might be symptomatic of heavy traffic there is no excuse for stains on breakfast chairs (almost all of them) , on the walls in the room and bleach marks on the hallways.
