Location is great. Metro is very near. Room is adequately big. There is a small fridge inside the room. Big wardrobe to srore your things. Parking is inside the hotel which is very important because it is almost impossible to find a space for your cae in the street. Two elevators so you can comfortably reach your room., Our room was very quiet, our window opened to an inner courtyard with nice plants. Breakfast has great choice:, sweet and savoury, warm and cold and the staff refilled everything swiftly. Staff at the reception was very helpful and attentive.

Bathroom is on the small side, shower cabin is a bit too tight but manageable.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff was excellent with communication and fulfilled every request. They even let us leave the car at 9 a.m., though check-in wasn’t until the afternoon. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the zoo, City Park, and Heroes’ Square. The hotel was extra clean, and the breakfast was solid for a four-star hotel, with a pancake maker the kids loved. They even prepared a high chair without us asking. Overall, we highly recommend it to everyone!

This is definetly one of the best 4 stars hotels in Budapest and we've seen quite a few of them in the past 10 years. If they will keep the standards we will come again and again, since we plan to travel even more in the next years and Budapest is one of the most amazing cities in the world and we want to come back again and again, to enjoy it and to discover it even more 😁

A very good modern hotel . We arrived after a late flight and checked in really quickly and easily. The bar was still open, and we were able to buy a glass of wine and have a bit of downtime before bed. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.

My friend appreciated that every member of the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet had a superb selection, catering to a variety of preferences. The hotel is in a central location, in walking distances to major attractions like Hero's Square, Szechenyi Baths, Andrassy Avenue, etc.

Clean, modern and nice room, excellent service staff! I liked that my window opens to the inner area so its chill and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and again staff was helpful. Liked the alternatíve milk options and that ratatouille was great!

Shower cabinet in my room was bit thight width wise but im 183cm so it might be not a problem for others. Not a biggie.

Spatious,clean and beautifully furnisher room The view was great.

Quite unassuming from the outside the inside of the hotel is spacious and modern with newly fitted room furnishings. Rooms were simply modernly furnished and super clean. Beds were blissfully comfortable with white linen and feather duvets. Facilities included flat screen tv and remote, fridge with complimentary water, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary drinks, toiletries and hairdryer. WiFi was free and consistent. Rooms were kept warm with a controllable room heating system. Staff were pleasant, welcoming and informative. Breakfast is typical continental style self service with a mix of cereals, hot food including a pancake maker, breads, cheeses and meat slices, yogurt and fruit with juice teas or a coffee machine suitable for all diets. We filled up sufficiently each morning for the day ahead.

There was nothing that displeased me during my stay.

Breakfast was a buffet with multiple options from cereal to self cooked pancakes: deli type items, pastries, toasting breads etc. the cooked elements like scrabbled eggs and sausages were uninspiring but adequate. Coffee machine was good with a flag button that changed all the options to guest languages. But if the hotel was busy one machine might be slow. However breakfast is from 7-10 so this may be ok if guests stagger their eating. off road protected car parking is a real bonus at Euro 15 per night although we had been told it would be 12 Euro. The non smoking interior made the hotel seem fresh and clean

The room temperature seemed set on 25c and we could not work out how to adjust it. we slept with the window open on night one then turned the heating off all together for the other nights. The bar is soulless. The shower cubicle in the room was very small so if a guest is a larger person it might be inadequate.
