wonderful apartment house in perfect location - just taking the stairs in this beautiful building is an amazing experience. very well decorated apartment, spacious rooms with built in toilet and shower, well equipped kitchen - definitely worth a stay. location is just superb - we spent the whole days in park across the street, parking available also across the street in museum parking for 6500 ft/ day. the main square of budapest - Hosok tere is 5 min walk, beautiful Etnoghraphy museum is just across the street. small bakery and shop just 1 min walk.

bed linings and sheets - bed lining and sheets should be white and ironed so tourist can be sure that nobody slept in them before, in this case different colors styles unmatched I would prefer to have a TV in the room or in the shared kitchen - nowadays you can buy one which looks like a picture with frame so they will not ruin the whole boutique vibe coffee machine is old fashioned and has huge consumption of grounded coffee

Big rooms, small but well-working bathrooms with good water pressure and stable warm water, functional and cool furnishings, common kitchen with coffee machine and breakfast tables; Nice location, close to the park, Heroes square and M1 metro; Parking 🅿️ close by

No personal towels for face/hands, only shower towels and one small common hand towel per room; Too many codes to enter; The door to the kitchen does not lock on its own as a safety feature; AC / heating were not working properly in all of the rooms

Just across the street there is the huge parking of Etnography Museum, so... very good if you come by car. The building is old and it comes with the usual inconvenients (smels, old elevator), but if you get over these, the rest is perfect. The room is big, with a confortable bed and AC. The design is modern and functional. In the lobby there is a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is clean and cozy. Good organization with the codes for check-in, good wifi. We honestly recommend it.

I was contacted by the company who sent all the information I needed to get into my room. I had a late flight into Budapest which meant I didn't get the suite until after midnight. The fact there was a code to get in was great as it didn't matter what time I arrived. I contacted them through booking.com before my arrival and they were really helpful. The room was so much more than I expected and exceptional value for money. My name written on a cute chalk board on arrival, so I knew which room was mine. I thought this was a really nice touch. The room was lovely and warm, which was needed as it was winter and snowing outside.

It was further from the city centre than I expected, but that was due to me not looking into it well enough. However, it was a 2 minute walk from City Park which has the ice rink. I'm really happy about this as it is such a beautiful park, and I don't think I would have spent much time there if I was nearer the centre.

It was clean, very pleasant, special room! It is close to the city centre and other attractions such as the Szecheny baths and Heroes’ Square are at 10 minutes walk. There is also a very close private parking which is also an important facility if you come by car, you can easily buy daily passes and leave your car in safety. I highly recommend, as the hosts are also responsive and kind!

The only minus was the shower. The water drained super slowly, however, I understand that it might be a problem with the pipes so I don’t think it’s a big issue, therefore the 9 points. If it weren’t for the shower, it would be a 10 for sure!

Everything was just great. Only two things I could mention: 1) Water pressure in the shower was somewhat less than I prefer (was functional, though) 2) I found some artistic decorations that looked prone to collecting dust (e.g. felt hat) - I am sure they were clean, but would have preferred not having them in the room. Thats all. Again, the room was a superb choice.

Great location with very spacious rooms. We've rented two different rooms, the one with the piano style headboard and the one with the lion head headboard. The beds were large and good. The bathrooms were equipped with soap, and the water pressure was great! The entrance with the kitchen was fine and nicely decorated.

Wifi wasn't working, but didn't bother me personally. I think the router just needed a little reboot

Easy to find and check -in. Close to our POI with the good restaurant close in between. Perfect for one night but suitable also for more days since it has a small common area to have coffee and food.

As we stayed only for one night and only used the apartment to sleep and leave our luggage, there was nothing that bother us during that time.

Park and Art was comfortable, clean, and in a great location across the street from the park! The beds were comfortable and it was tastefully decorated. We appreciated having the small shared kitchen available and enjoyed the bathtub in our room. Wifi was strong.

It was a completely expected room and just as advertised!

The location was very good, there is a bus stop steps from the front door and several tram stops less than 5 mins away. Super easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

The top sheet did not fit the bed properly and we struggled with it the entire time. It was simply not large enough and kept slipping off. Very annoying.
