Excellent location, close to local amenities and great public transport links. Cozy atmosphere, quiet space and great place for privacy. Bed was comfortable and big enough even for two people.

The shower cabin was very small. I was okay but for a slightly bigger person, it’d have been quite challenging to squeeze themselves in. The electric kettle was small and I couldn’t lift the kettle part from its base so the only way I could fill it with water was to use a glass and running back and forth between the bathroom and the table. A higher quality kettle with a removable upper part would have made my coffee sipping experience much better. All in all, the room was good value for money and the above did not make my experience bad at all. It’s a great place!

Room/location/ease of travel to tourist attractions. The place was very quirky and I would certainly stay here again if I returned to Budapest in the future. Host left a guide book on how to access things etc.

Had to walk down the road for breakfast in the mornings. Little choice for breakfast, on day 2 I had the sandwich (which was very nice) but my niece wanted the croissants. Even though it was well before the end of breakfast time (about 9.15 am), she was offered one croissant as no more were available. She asked for a cookie, but was refused and was offered a little biscuit instead! Never saw anybody on reception, this certainly was a shame as local staff are normally able to advise on many aspects when visiting a foreign country.

The place was very nice and peaceful in the center of the city. The entrance was located in a historical courtyard, so it was quite secluded. There was a metro station nearby and public transportation worked well. The room was big and clean and there were movies downloaded in the tv that you could watch for free.

The breakfast was at a nearby cafe and not in the location itself, although the breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the front desk was mostly empty, so you only saw the staff in the morning, when they came to clean the rooms. There was a possibility to store luggage, but it wasn't locked or observed, so don't leave any valuables in there.

Cosy, quiet location, in a bigger complex. Instruction to get in were clearly communicated, since staff is not always at the location, we could come in and go as we pleased w/o any worry that we might get stuck outside :) . Breakfast is at a close by coffee shop, lovely staff there, croissants were to kill for had them every morning :)

I am a light sleeper, and unfortunately we had the room w/ the heating system (for the whole place) located in the bathroom. So when that triggered it was quite nosy.

It is a room in an apartment building. There is no one at the reception. You just get the codes and the key waits for you in the apartment. The bus stop for the center of the city is right in front of the building, it is a 10 minutes ride to the center.

The room and the bathroom look a little bit old. And the breakfast is not on the property, you get coupons and then you go to a caffe for breakfast, it is 5 minutes walk from the room. The rooms are on the ground floor.

One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in Budapest and I have stayed in a few. The room is spacious, spotless clean, modern, facing a courtyard so the temperature inside is pleasant even through the heatwave, quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom does not have bad odour and everything works as it should. Easy check in/out and friendly, professional staff. Definitely coming back for the same value.

Very minor: The TV does not have regular TV channels.

The place is not visible from street but sufficient guidance was sent in advance, therefore, no issues to reach. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Place is rather confortable and I could reach all the nedded places on feet.

The breakfast was really good, however, they would start serving after 8:00. As I was there on a converence, I had to rush.

The room was large, with plenty of space and the building and its architecture really amazing.

Apart from the fact that you serve it on a different site (it's not at the hotel), the breakfast (if you can call it that) is insufficient; it's more like a snack - there is no variety and you are not allowed to order more than one type of food (sandwich/croissant/etc.)

Great facilities located in a classic old building super secure and very quiet I didn't see anyone else, it's sort of self service there was no reception as such but that was all easy to navigate after a few emails with entry instructions, great breakfast located at the cafe Luna down the road which was super tasty and delivered with a smile, 20 mins walk into old town and the river.

All good, maybe the walk to town.

Room was clean & comfortable and in a very convenient location that was not too close to the centre, nor too far away. The rooms were kept very well maintained on a daily basis.

I had difficulty finding the location initially but it was mostly my own fault, plus my maps had the location slightly off so I tried to access the wrong courtyard for some time. Plus, the cleaning was non-optional so if I was in my room at 11am I would find the cleaner would let themselves in.
