Breakfast was great and had a great variety for everyone. Bed was super comftable and room was clean. Going inside was easy and straight forward. On our arrival there was also a chalkboard close to our room with welcoming message, which was a nice touch. Location is great and you can get around the city just by public transport or on foot (which I reccomend since the best thing you can do with your car is to leave it on parkolo).

Room was kinda small, just enough for 2 people to sleep and get toiletried ready (it's more of a neutral thing). Parking is only possible on the street close to apartment (which is public parking) and you need to be undestand how it works. For longer stays with cars I reccomend finding a parkolo.

- The breakfast was good, a lot of different things to choose from. - The bed was comfortable (I like soft matteraces). - Easy communication with the owner, he texted me with clear instructions how to get to the place, key, room, etc.

- While booking, we were encouraged by the photo of jacuzzi. Unfortunately, there was no such thing in our room. - The carpet was very thick and, I guess, therefore difficult to clean. There were lots of hair there, I couldn't walk barefoot. - The minifridge was not really useful. We struggled to connect it and then it took a while to make it just a little bit cold.

This B&B is a gem. It is well situated and provides excellent accommodation, and a good breakfast - particularly the coffee. Although there is no one on site overnight, the owners are easily reachable and Miranda, who is on site in the morning, provides a very homely and welcoming atmosphere. She is a great asset to this B&B, being both highly efficient and very friendly.

Everything was good.

Breakfast is good and the accomodation is situated on a small, quiet street. It is a great option for a short trip in Budapest, for one or two people. Check-in was automatic following some instructions for the key pick-up. Would stay again.

It gets too hot in the apartment at night, in winter. Opening the window is not really a good option considering the room is facing the internal backyard of the building, which gets quite loud in the morning when people leave for work.

Very convenient for the metro and in a quiet area. A continental style breakfast and OK for a gluten free diet. There was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee sachets replenished every day.

Getting in and out of bed!! Our bed was really close to the walls on two sides and we thought two single beds would have been better at right angles to the existing bed.

Everything was to our heart's content. The host welcomed us kindly and smilingly. Breakfast was also normal. Additionally, there was tea and coffee in the room. Close to metro and bus stop. Additionally, for Azerbaijanis, I can mention that it is very close to the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Budapest.

The fact that the rooms and windows are made of wood worried me a little. But I think the city and place were safe.

Good, clear instructions for entry on arrival, with some helpful hints and tips, and pretty decent breakfast. Decent room in a nice street close to Heroes Square and M1 into centre. Reasonable value for Pest. Parking on the street at the weekend/public holiday was easier than expected (and no charge). Decent wifi

Furniture was a little battered; one bedside light didn't work.

Breakfast was very good. I would suggest to add scrambled eggs as one more option (besides boiled eggs), but anyway, it was enough as it was (pastries, ham, tea, coffee too). As for the location, we parked our car right near the property, on the same street (we arrived late and stayed only one night so we didn't have to pay, not sure about the price during the day) and a metro station was about only 5 mins away. Clean room, friendly staff and good communication with the hosts - they sent us a message with all the info needed for the self check-in. Also, about the welcoming note - much appreciated :)

We weren't able to lower the heat since the radiator knob was broken and it was too hot. Anyway, the host said he was not aware of it being broken and he wasn't able to help since we arrived after 10pm. Maybe this could have happened at any time, so I just hope it got fixed for the next people staying there :)

This property is excellently looked after by the lady who is always available in the morning with a friendly smile and a well laid out breakfast. We had virtually no words in common but developed a good rapport. The property is very close to great transport links and easily accessed. Despite the very hot weather we had a noisy but efficient air conditioning unit in our room that made for a pleasant temperature.

The room was comfy. Very good location. A lot of parking if you're with a car. The street is super quiet although it's in a central location. Everything was very clean with a nice bathtub. Also had a small mini bar refrigerator. The hosts were kind and helpful.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. It was soft and not supporting the back. The pillows were very wide and too soft as well. The breakfast was could be better but in this price and location ,it was ok.
