This hotel is really nice. There is no problem with parking and metro station is about ten minutes by walk. We really like the roof terace and fitness center. Havent got time for swimming pool so I dont know anything about this. Room was big enough for three of us (two normal beds and one big sofabed for kid 11years old) with the airconditioning, TV, cattle and so on. Best part of this hotel its their staff. They are very nice, trying to help you if need it. I would like to thank Patricia, our waittres (I hope you will read this:-) she is really nice, helpful and makes you feel like you are the only guests there. Thanx a lot for that.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and I appreciated the quiet environment, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to offer directions or assistance when needed. I especially appreciated the early check-in option and how smoothly everything went during my stay. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. While it's not a luxury hotel, it's excellent value for money and provides everything you need for a short or business stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, reliable, and comfortable hotel in Budapest!

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Huge bed. Locely staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Tasty food!

The only thing that left me with a bitter taste was the guy that had to direct me in the car park. I kindly asked him(through google translate, because he would not speak english) to let me take my kids in the room because it was freezing cold outside and they were sleeping and after that to park the car and he didn’t even care. He was just pointing to me to move the car and after that to bring them in. Maybe he can get a bit of further training on customer service.

The hotel was truly great, with friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, and the room size was fantastic. On the top floor, there’s a beautiful sky bar – the prices are a bit higher, but the view is well worth it. The room furnishings literally smelled brand new. The breakfast was very rich, with a selection of savory and sweet options, fruit and vegetables, plenty of pastries, and cereals. I also really appreciate the hotel's location; about a 10-minute walk away, there's a station on the red metro line that goes directly to the city center.

The room where breakfast was served was under renovation, so it was moved to another room, where there was sometimes limited seating. From the outside, the hotel doesn't look as appealing as it does inside. I had booked a room with a bathtub but was given one with a shower, which also leaked into the bathroom while showering, leaving some water on the floor.

The hotel staff was really helpful and friendly! The breakfast was delicious, and the beds were OK, a bit harder than usual, but it's a matter of taste. The parking is big and there are spaces. The hotel location is not the best in regards to transport to the center, but we booked it because we needed it to be close to Puskás Aréna, so for us it was perfect. The top roof bar has a great view and the lady there made great cocktails for us.

There were many other guests, and one of the elevators did not work for a certain time, so getting up and down was really a slow process.

Very nice hotel, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was absolutely perfect, great choice of food and drink and great taste. The staff was also pefect and helpful. Free parking right next to the hotel. The metro which goes directly to the centre is about 18 minutes walk(1.5km). Room clean and cosy. We had the 11th floor so great view as well. On the 12th floor there is a gym, wellness and skybar. For the price absolutely perfect!!

No ventilation in bathroom. Breakfast could have been richer, to include some fruits compot, for instance, more variety and better quality of bread.. Siggestion: On napkins în restaurant, there was an imprint with "bon apetit" în many languages, but not the language of the neighbours, România, considering the hotel hosts many Romanian guests.

Most of things were as expected for a 4 stars hotel and the staff was exceptional, specifically, the receptionist who checked us in

There where only two issues: 1: The elevator toole to long since only one unit waa working, and it is too small so people had to squeeze each other inside. 2: The air quality was low as the air was too dry. If the room had been equiped with some humidifier device then my sleep and my time in the room would have been way better.

Close to Ikea, where you can park free and visit the town. Clean room, confortable bed, nice stuff at the breskfast

First night was horrible, we hunted 5 mosquitoes till 4 am, next day we set the room on ‘don’t disturb’, better not cleaning then other mosquitoes let in, no web on the window. Kinda noisy from the neighbours. No mini bar, you need to go down to the reception to buy snacks and drinks.

I got a room on the 10th floor. The room was spacious, but the cleanliness could have been better. The towels were poor. The main bed was comfortable. I had the reservation with breakfast included, which was very rich and varied, for that it gets a 10/10. I would go back there for one night.
