It is a nice hotel, not far from Taj Mahal which offers an excursion to Agras main monuments. I found their services extremely convenient,specially for me that was on a tight program.

Although I enjoyed buying some marble souvenirs I would have prefered to spend some more time at the 2 main monuments,where the obligatory guide left me only something like 30 minutes for watching in order to reserve more time to buying souvenirs from this market that he knew. After all 20 minutes for souvenirs are more than enough.It doesn't have to be almost two hours.

Breakfast option. All guys at hotel are professional and helpful except one mention things we didn't like

Travel desk was not able to arrange car we needed. Which we did it ourselves in 10min without haveing any local network at 50% price. As per his view agra had only one car for hire.

The hotel is very grand, with a lovely modern rooftop bar/restaurant. Our room was very spacious and always clean, and staff were helpful at all times. Overall a nice place to stay.

Whilst the room was huge and clean, it did need updating as in particular the bathroom was tired looking. However this would not stop us from returning!

Centrally located with easy access. God sized rooms and good choice of food

Front office staffs are pathetic and horrible especially shabiya, horrible to the core. Any one in hospitality industry will lose there entire name coz of some irresponsible staffs.

Great stay at the Howard Plaza The Fern in Agra. Amazing location, very close to Taj Mahal. We really liked the rooftop bar/restaurant - great food and loved to be able to enjoy it in the terrace. Recommended!

Older style hotel with excellent staff. Close to the Taj.Food was OK, but good value. Overall I would say, don't expect the world, but you will get value for your money.

No tissues, TV very limited.

Everything was perfect. The staff were so helpful and top service at the fabulous restaurant. The food was the best so far in India this trip. Highly rated and definitely recommend staying here

a very warm and welcoming hotel with a lot of style and feels luxurious for the price. wonderful staff and service - they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast buffet was great and the Chinese restaurant on site was very good. The pool is lovely too.

some of the facilities were not functioning - eg the sauna, gym, rooftop bar but this seemed reflected in the resided price we paid

The breakfast was sufficient. The location was idea for us.

The lift didn't work properly...it seems that if there were any more than 2 passengers the lift didn't function

Major comfort things were available. Specially bed was nice and clean. Staff was co-operative Safety and security was excellent

Bathroom needs to improve as found Walls become fade and dirt , Bathtub found repaired
