People are responsive, they will always answer any questions and help you! 👍🏻 The cleaning in the room is wonderful! The restaurant is beyond all praise! 🔥 Caring, attentive waiters, delicious food, individual approach to the child at the table all the time! 👧 And for our daughter's birthday they even made us a cake! 🎂 It was an unforgettable journey! We'll be happy to come back here again! 😍

If there is one thing that stands out at this place from the rest of the accommodations we had in India, it is their overwhelming hospitality! The room was meticulously arranged and tastefully decorated with a view of Taj Mahal from our bed. Their marble inlay decor and artisan hors d'oeuvres made the stay very special. We were celebrating my son's 18th birthday and they prepared a surprise for us in our room, complete with a birthday cake. We also greatly appreciated the food and service in their in-house restaurant. Overall the stay was too good that we hesitated to leave the room despite being in the city of wonders!

This has nothing to do about the hotel but we assumed that the Taj Mahal would have lights that made it visible at night.

The hotel is nice, rooms are specious and the view at the rooftop is to Taj Mahal, which is very nice. The hotel location is perfect, and staff is nice, breakfast had variety of options. They have tuc-tucs (rikshas) in front of the hotel, and our tuc-tuc driver was amazing. He took us around all day for very affordable price. We were searching for specific shoes all day and we could not find. Then in the evening he came and said: look at the back, and he brought us shoes we wanted. Amazing person. Please take him when staying in this hotel, you won't regret it. Ask for Mahesh.

The hotel is popular with Indian families who enjoy the all-you-can-eat buffet. They fill the hotel and poolside with laughter day and night. Any technical shortcomings in the hotel are more than made up for by the delightful and willing staff. From Sanya in the Front Office to Devjeet in Jhankar restaurant everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out to Sky Deck waiters and Head barman. Poolside attendant was alert and leapt into action when a little boy nearly drowned after falling face down into the pool.

Since the Metro opened in February the even-numbered rooms facing the Taj are very noisy so the rear odd-numbered ones are quieter. Ours was designed for physically challenged guests so the bathroom and shower were uncomfortable for us. We wanted to take Max & Maya the golden labradors home with us but they wanted to stay.

Magnificent hotel in centre Agra with enchanting view to Taj Mahal. Welcoming, polite and very professional reception, flawlessly clean and spacious room with fascinating interior, relaxing pool and great choice of delicious restaurants at the property. Hotel employees have prepared an amazing surprise for my birthday with festive decorations, birthday cake and a platter of local sweets in the room. Thank you for unforgettable memories! Ideal location in only 5-7mins by tuktuk from the site, every bit of decoration immerses you into the ambience of the place you’re about to see, live music played on authentic musical instruments at breakfast, a wide variety of local dishes and overall a great impression thanks to everyone working there and contributing to the true fairy tale I’ve been through. Friendly welcome from Palvinder. My room looked across to the Taj Mahal, I could make it out in the distance. The room had plenty of space, a sofa desk and minibar. The bathroom had a good sized shower with complimentary toiletries. The bathroom looked a bit tired. There was also an iron and ironing board and a safe in the wardrobe. There was a rooftop bar looking across the city and to the Taj Mahal. The bar staff were marvellous and took my photo, brought a lot of snacks with my cocktail and put the ac on. The next day the weather and view was better, Palvinder and Kuldeep went out of their way to open up the terrace for me. They also arranged for my bags to be collected from my room. Hari arrived and made me double check that no phone, passport or charger had been left which I thought was a nice touch and helpful. The food was nice and there was a good choice. The WiFi was free and I didn’t experience any issues. The gardens and pool looked lovely and were well kept.

Some of the restaurant staff were grumpy and rude. In the evening the restaurant was not busy but the waiter gave me a table in a dark corner seated away from other guests. The water wasn’t hot when showering I didn’t get much sleep as there was a huge wedding on and the hotel was full of wedding guests who were very noisy up until 3.30 am.

It was a good stay. Food was served to us inspite of we being late to hotel on the day of Checkin. For the lunch next day, the staff were very courteous to ask our choice of veg food and served us as there was no lunch Buffet that day. Kids enjoyed the stay. We were 3 families and all of us enjoyed the stay. Though the rooms we stayed were called Room with Taj View, it was not exactly as the distance is more. Though we stayed for one night, we would recommend this property. Its definately worth a stay.

Excellent stay. It is ~2Km from Taj Mahal. We got a Taj view room. Very spacious room, clean bathroom, buffet was very nice. Didn't try any other facilities. The USP of the hotel is the staff, who are always there to help us. They will guide you regarding sightseeing, shopping etc. Really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

It is pet friendly. I happened to see a big dog occupying a couch near the reception. Was little scared as the owner was not to be seen anywhere near. But the dog seemed like a well-trained one and did not disturb the people around.
