I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Amritsar and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their attentive service and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I liked the location of the Hotel right next to the airport. And it seemed amazing from my window but i didn't get to experience it properly as I had to leave early morning.

It’s frustrating when a stay doesn’t live up to expectations, especially when you're met with unnecessary stress right from the start. My experience was marred by the demand for payment before my stay, which was already an inconvenience, but it didn’t stop there. Despite my repeated requests, I got it in the morning But the real kicker? I was denied a cab or shuttle to the airport, despite it being a standard service and the air port is right, just, next door. Instead, I was pressured into booking an overpriced cab with the Hotels The Next morning of my departure, I booked a cab by my self.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely exceptional—helpful beyond words. They assisted us with everything, from carrying our bags to opening the car doors for us, and constantly checked if we were comfortable or needed anything. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to both Indian and European tastes. The rooms were perfectly heated, and the complimentary airport transfer was the cherry on top. Everything was perfect—thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Stayed for the night during transit. Nice spacious room. Liked the airport view from the room. Had a relaxing night which is what we were there for!

The restaurant team disappointed us. No where close to Radisson or any 5-star hotel restaurant standard. Table did not have glasses or water. Had to request this and when provided, the person did not even bother serving the water. No intimation when the buffet was about to close. It was almost like they did not want any guests in there.

Very pleased with staff manners and there respect in there duty to help in every way they can.

The fitting in my room seemed tied e.g the mirror on the wall had been replaced very badly looking at that every morning to wash my face seemed like 0ne starr not five star hotel,room it was near staff lifts very niosey, lots of baging my room 612 right next to the lifts,this is not a complete but l hope this will help to improves things for future visits.

The rooms were amazing, the venue and very clean and amazing stay. Anything that we did not dislike was the pollution outside. I guess the winter months pollution increases quite a bit. The hotel was impeccable. We are also looking forward to come back for a wedding. So hopefully looking forward to staying with you guys again, the only thing is. Price point that you guys put yourself at could get lower because it’s quite expensive if somebody wants to stay for a night.

Location Close to airport Ambience Breakfast Room & facilities Support staff

Initially there was some mix up of rooms. We had to move one room to another. But at the end we got the room what we wanted. The toilet jet spray is not so good as the water flow is too much and there is no option to control the flow. Softer water flow spray is advisable. Bathroom hand shower is so old and clogged. I think it does not suit for 5 star hotel.

Excellent the hotel staff were ready to serve with a welcoming smile. The complementry schedule bus to the golden temple was excellent and comfortable.

The hotel needs to cater for western customers because it is the same breakfast every morning. Request to introduce varity in breakfast. I had to change the room twice because the bedsheets were off colour and not brilliant white as they shoud be but the hotel staff were very understanding and changed my room to my liking. Yes, I will come back and let my friends and family know about your excellent hospitality.

Food: The variety in the menu, taste and staff's individual attention were great. Room: Great View for both the rooms and on the top floor as requested. Staff: As helpful as can be.

A problem with the bathroom and showers. My mother is old and she finds it difficult to shower, so she needed a bucket and that was provided. But for elderly, they should provide some comfortable seating arrangement. They did provide a chair, but it wasn't the most comfortable bath for her for 2 days stay, especially when you look forward to a warm shower after a tiring day. Maybe they should keep some small sitting pieces and provide them when and if asked for. Secondly, again from elderly people's perspective, the bathroom have marble flooring, which can be slippery for their generation. So, something needs to be done. That made my mother very anxious while bathing.

Firstly the staff- extremely polite, super supportive and friendly. Front desk staff named - Beant Singh was very helpful. Not only did he help us with the last minute changes which we missed while booking but he was made sure they were fulfilled within the given timelines.

Overall there is no bad experience but the bedsheet were not upto the mark of a five ☆ property. The quality was very poor. The sheets were spoiled due to excessive usage and it was a bit uncomfortable for us to sleep on that quality sheets.
