Breakfast was included in price and was very good. Location was excellent. Lighting in room was excellent. Owner and Manager were supper friendly and accommodating. Owner sent us complimentary wine and delicious cheeze balls which I thought was very nice and cool. Both owner and manager went out of their way to make you feel at home. Room had plenty of space and enough drawers, spaces, and closets to put all your things. Everything in bathroom was excellent. Whole staff was very respectful and accommodating.

Didn't supply toliet papper, but this can be overlooked since everything else was excellent.

Great location and execellent hospitality, right from booking to my departure, everything was well organised and great communication. Was allowed to checkin early as my flight was very early in the morning. The staff are very supportive and look after every need. Didn't use the breakfast facility as I normally wake up late and miss it anyway. But over all its in a great location, close tosome excellent restaurants if you are looking for south Indian food. Overall very impressive and will definitely stay there next time perhaps with family as I as shown some nice interconnecting rooms.

Wi fi could have been better.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It has clean rooms and is located very close to the Ramakrishna Math, the Bull temple and Gandhi’s Bazaar. There is a good restaurant downstairs which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and professional and I was looked after. The staff advised me on good places to eat and lesser known temples to visit. I will stay here again on my next visit to Bangalore.

The breakfast was incredible, perhaps the most delicious set dosa we have had on our trip. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby restaurant. It was an extremely comfortable room and stay, with very pleasant hosts and the location is conveniently close to metros.

It would have been good to know that early check-in was going to cost us 1500 rupees instead of receiving the charge at the end of our stay - communication could simply be a little better.

From Italy, 1st time in BLR. Here for a trade fair at BIEC. Small hotel, clean not pretentious, nice veg restaurant at ground floor (good breakfast too!)z Loved the staff, extremely friendly, and the manager Mr. Murthy, really professional and helpful. Location is great too, close to National College Metro Station, easy access to the whole city.

Nothing really, for the value. Only one tip: get some cash beforehand or get PayTm. International credit cards are not always accepted in Bengaluru, also by most ATMs.

everything was great—the excellent location, reasonable price, friendly and helpful staff, and very clean facilities. The hotel was well-equipped and comfortable. Especially, the staff were always smiling and welcoming, which made me want to stay here again.

The walls between the rooms were thin, and I was bothered by the sound of the TV from the next room at night.

Breakfast is served to room and room service is always good. Breakfast items - idlies, vada and masala dosai are very tasty. Room is not very big but enough for two. House keeping is very good.

I used notebook but there is no table in the room. Used my lap to keep the laptop. I think I should have asked for it, because the staff told me that he could arrange one.

I stayed a few times in Le Grandeur and I really like the hotel. It's perfectly located nearby Gandhi Bazar. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. And the owner Srinivas and his staff are very hospitable; they will do everything to make your stay comfortable. And the restaurant of the hotel has a large variety of delicious dishes.

Fantastic staff, couldn’t do enough to help. Location was fantastic - street food stands outside a real highlight in the evening! Breakfast a slightly odd experience being led to a restaurant a few minutes around the corner, would just book the room next time. Great links to the rest of the city.

The hotel has an excellent location in Gandhi bazar with all the restaurants close by. The rooms were clean, staff were polite and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

It would be great if the rooms had a small fridge or microwave.
