Loved the hospitality and service we received even though it was a peak time and the hotel was fully booked. The staffs were quite helpful. Room and bathroom was very clean and they change the towels on a daily basis. Breakfast buffet had a variety of food and tasted good, we weren't bored with the food during our 3 nights stay. Amazing coffee! Overall, our stay was amazing for the price we paid.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like about this hotel. However, I do have a suggestion for the baby cot provided to us was not suitable for babies above 5 months as it was a newborn cot. My baby has started to move around and climb up all places, so, it was unsafe for us to let him sleep in the cot, as we were worried he might try to climb up of it. Otherwise, our stay was splendid.

1. Rooms are clean and modern. 2. AC worked perfectly fine.

1. WIFI is bad. My wife had to work so end up using my cellphone hotspot. 2. Free breakfast is not worth it. I end up going to Morish cafe close by to the hotel.

The only person who were friendly with was the house keeping guys specially the security guard outside the hotel.he was a kind man with a beautiful heart.i will always remember him.

Reception staff specially the big man with a mustache was not the welcoming.very unfriendly and a rude look always whenever we saw him. Before coming we tried to contact them but it took us 2days to reach them from phone.emails were not answered for the longest time . And while we were staying they didn’t clean the washroom throughly.we noticed wash basin and toilet bowl was not that cleaned

We had a get together at Rashtriya Military School, Bengaluru, which was my Alma Mater. It was essentially arranged to coincide with the 40th year of our passing out of School and many of us friends decided to stay at "Elanza", primarily because of the location close to the school. The hotel staff were nice and with more than 10 of us in the hotel, there was not an occasion for anything to be felt wanting. Recommend the hotel for anyone whether solo, with family or a group of friends.

Nice Breakfast. Very comfortable room. Good facilities. Decent Gym. Overall, amazing stay. nice staff & a huge fully kitted out room.

Just that they make you sign a very weird declaration form while checking in. I travel to a lott of hotels and have never been asked to sign that. I guess I understand, its the hotel safe guarding themselves probably due to past bad experiences.

It was very clean and staff was very kind , helpful.

Breakfast was too weak. Only spicy food available.. only boiled egg l had to eat. Even for green salad they wanna charge extra. At night shift, teenager bit works. Doesn’t speak English at all. And i was charged extra. ( not same as l booked price) l can proove it

Rooms better than 7 star hotels, staff very pleasant, superb breakfast, you cannot find another hotel which has so many plug points/charging points- PLENTY

Washroom faucets and flush etc getting old, will need overhaul soon

I have enjoyed staying here several times and, once more, Elanza did not disappoint. It's central Bangalore location is good and the staff are polite, welcoming and friendly.

The only thing all members of my group of guests complained about were the pillows. They are so bulky that they have left us with stiff necks. Normal thicknesses pillows would be far better than the big doorstep types encountered here.

Great location, very attentive and helpful staff, well-maintained. This is an excellent property and provides very good value for money.

Air conditioning temperature is not adjustable - temperature is pre-set and you have only “on” and “off” settings. Wi-fi registration process doesn’t always work, and had to get the front desk to give me a different set of codes to register and make it work. It was fine after that. Room lighting controls are everywhere, and take some time to understand. But once you do, it’s very useful.

It catered to the Indian taste, but we got eggs when requested.⁴ could have some better juices, yoghurt etc. The room was good sized with all amenities. The bathroom was modern with good flow of hot water in the shower.

Was quite satisfied.
